Absolutely horrible experience
I will NEVER purchase anything from this company ever again. They shipped my purchase with Iberomail which DOES NOT update tracking information at all. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the company for not replying to any of my emails and for using such a bad shipping service for highly priced items. I never received my order and forget about opening a claim or asking for a refund. This company is a joke as far as customer experience is concerned. Buy domestic if possible even if it’s a little more expensive.
