Customer service is completely useless and makes withdrawing money an impossible task. Complete scam of a company

When it's good it's good, when it's bad it's a total rip off, unfortunately the bad weighs out the good by a country mile! I've just put £25 in a game called Rabbit Fields and didn't get 1 bonus spin, no big wins, nothing!!! We all know that it's a company and they're out to make money but sometimes it's a big joke how their allowed to blatantly cheat people out of money and their false RTP information giving people false hope, come on William Hill play fair and give us a chance.

Usually my fav site to play on but recently i have deposited a good lot of money and they have took every free promotion off me!! Its usually the other way around then have the cheek to tell me i can stil deposit and play there games😂

All gaming machines are rigged . I m playing last 3 days WH slots . I lost £1.5K . It is not a fun playing anymore online . Because they are cheating !! I looked my William hill acc , every day , month , every year , I m lost in 5 years nearly 15K . They are greedy firm . I m not idiot to pay them any more . Because this is not a fun anymore . Out of about 80 times getting the cash bonus,I've ended up with £3 out of £10 £20 or a £1000 bonus,wots happening? Sumthing ain't right,wonder if the gambling commission knows

Don't play , you NEVER get the mini , minor or major wins.
The skull never shows when you need it and the skull won't show if you have a big win possible.
I've not had a sniff at mini , minor , major wins in 3 weeks.

Hi just to let everyone know williamhill have not paid me out I won 4K in a shop bet and when I went to collect it they said I have a request for bank statement and was not allowed to bet. I said well I have been betting for years and always been paid cash unfortunately they have my bank card saved and this flagged. No one is shop can help you can only email and this is a painful process been a week with one reply asking for more details am not sure if I will get it or not but I will never again bet with them. Take the bet but don’t pay out.

Terrible, un eligible for any opt in bets or free bets after the first withdrawal from your account. They’re the only ones making money, save your time and effort.

Check all your bets with this crap company,can’t even settle bets properly ie settled my bet on a footy game as a loser and they never even played!!!!!!! should have been voided,the more obscure the game the more they think you won’t check.

So good to deal with a very helpful Bookmaker. I have had a few issues at getting winnings repaid to my Bank account. I think the problem lies with the Bank's Card-Issuer. Hills agents are always helpful is sorting queries for me which is much appreciated

Absolutely abysmal customer service.Ridiculous that you cannot contact them by phone to resolve ongoing issues that have not been resolved on chat.after 30years of betting with William Hill either online or by phone I have been left with no other option than to close my account and use a different bookmaker

William Hill used to be great but within the last year they have went down hill. Daily spin never allows a win and the daily scratch is now a total waste of time. It's like a new owner has come in an taken away all the things that set them apart which is a shame. Epic odds have all but disappeared which just eliminates any reason to use them as their odds are not particularly impressive. The final nail in the coffin was removing 3 or 4, which was a great promotion and replacing it with stat attack which is a major downer. My other major frustration is the clear shadow banning of people winning anything on their promotion. After a few months you will literally never win anything on bonus drop. The customer service team will pretend it's random which is ridiculous. I won on it everyday for months and now I haven't won anything for months. I have remained fairly loyal as I always liked the company but this accumulation of changes make it unlikely I will ever use them moving forward.

Terrible site should be shut down there customer service is impossible they cut of before you get though the phone lines are premium rate so impossible to use they let you gamble on when your self excluded don’t touch this site there casino as well never pays out I find bet 365 fair as well as paddy power but please stay away from this site should be closed down

Horrible graphics on this site. An ambiguous and new set up caused a wrong bet. Contacted customer services, but when they asked for the betting ref and I was inputting it, they just ended the conversation. Totally crooked and not bothered to look after their customers after 20 years. Definitely go elsewhere !!!

Disgusting illegal practices. Gross negligence and failure to comply with regulations. Calling the police on winning customers and refusing to pay them out what they owe. Have nothing to do with this bunch of crooks.
