I gave them a good review other day as well, I will take that back there greedy got bad payouts, I seem to win on other casino's not william hill though never one anything great of them ever,in my opinion it's fixed basically it's crap don't waist ure money use a different casino you have more chance of winning or even some bonus wins

Week after week I experienced logging into my account and every time the password reset email was never received. Tonight I joined the queue to talk with an advisor, I was told that I was number 1 in the queue and my wait was 13 minutes, then it went to 28 minutes and then 120 minutes, what a joke. I don't mind losing my money if I get good customer service, so now I'll go elsewhere.

William hill has gone down hill not had a win in ages. Was on the same slot as my friend at the same time he was getting bonus spins and wins I was getting 2- 20p wins. William hill are the worst betting firm there is and decided to close my account because they didn't like what i said about them which are the facts.
