Both of the wigs I ordered came quickly. Always good quality. And the sale prices were amazing!!!!

I am a senior lady who has thinning hair. Wig Studio 1 has been customer friendly in my quests on finding the right wig. Today, I tried on three wigs from the site. They arrive nicely packaged. I tried on all three and unfortunately, they are not fitting my head. I will return them.
In the past, the company has been very gracious with approving my returns. I find this customer service to be of the highest quality of care.

Placing my order was super easy and delivery on this particular order was fast.

It's so important to try on the wigs to find the right style and color that works for me! Being able to return in easily.

The hair was too thick in the front, face flipper for sure on both wigs. Will be donating them. Can’t work with them at all.

I purchased this same wig in Nov2025 and have loved it. It is closest to how my hair was before hair loss began.
I would love it if i could still have brown sugar sweet cream but with about 25% of white/grey mixed in.

Buying was easy, but the product wasn't like the picture. The color was perfect, and I expected Raquel Welch to be close to the picture. It was a great quality wig on sale for a good price, but it just wasn't the same as the picture. I'll never buy again since there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. The company is very good to work with. I would purchase again, just not a final sale item.

Great sale price, quick delivery

I felt safe ordering from you because verbiage assuring me that returns were easy were in big font, but “no returns” was hidden. How dishonest. The quality of the product was in Keeping with the $80-something price, but it’s not what I ordered according to the picture and most certainly is not worth the alleged original price. I don’t like it. I carefully tried it on once and repackaged it for return. Your ad wanted people to feel that returns were easy. You lied. I work with a counselor at a chemotherapy provider. Had you accepted my return I would have recommended your company to their scores of patients needing wigs. I would still do that if you accept my return. If you don’t, I’ll have her add your company to the list of crooked wig providers to avoid. I’ll wait three days. After that I’ll extend my warning to this market segment.

Customer Support was very prompt in responding to my situation

I am Actually looking for support for my new wig. This is my first hand tied, lace front wig. I have however purchased many other Envy Tiffany wigs that were not this type. I know this has a 45 day return policy but it has very strict parameters (no shaking, styling etc). It’s very hard to tell if you’ll like it without doing that! I notice when I put the wig on it appears flatter than the other Tiffany wigs. Especially at the crown. When I purchase wigs, my hairdresser normally does a little trimming and styling for me. Of course I wouldn’t do this to this new wig until I decide if I am keeping it. But I am wondering if you think this wig will fluff up a little when I style it. I would like to attach a picture of my current Tiffany which is not the lace front wig, but I don’t see a way to do it.
