Why ask me about satisfaction when I have not received the wig? After what over a week since ordering??

I usually go thru a different company to order my wigs but after shopping around, Wig Studio 1 had my Jessica by Estetica at a lower price. You were out of my color I get. You sent me a email listing what colors were available. I got out of my comfort zone, but I ordered a different color anyway. Thanks, I Love new color!!! I had no problems and received order in a timely manor.

The outlet sale helped me discover a new favorite work wig! Wynn is very similar to Alva but with a super comfy monofilament cap. It has less hair than Astrid but is about the same length. I've been looking for a lower cost version for a while, and I'm so relieved that Wynn is it. The mono part is so generous that I don't miss the mono top. Very little permatease, which is important because I teach elementary school in my wig every day, and it gets hot up there! The color sparkling mocha looks great on my pinkish skin. Kind of like chocolate frost with no gold tones. Such a superb wig I just ordered 2 more.

Only one who had a topper close to what I was looking for. Ordered and was delivered within 5 days.

I really appreciate the return policy, makes it easy to try a style and if it doesn’t suit you, return easily.

The quality of Henry Margu's wig was far above my expectations. The color 6H is spot on, and the style is a great cut for me. I would recommend any wig from WigStudio1, and in the future plan to purchase another. I give them A+++++!

Ordinarily I'd say 5 stars, but my last order I had to follow up after it didn't ship for a week. This isn't usual, I usually get a ship notification in 1 to 3 days max.

I RECEIVED MY WIG A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO AND HAVE BEEN IN TEARS EVER SINCE. IT APPEARS I CANNOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT FOR ANY REASON SINCE IT WAS ON SALE. THIS WIG LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE WIG YOU HAVE ON YOUR SIGHT, IT HAS NO LACE FRONT NOR A MONO TOP. THERE IS A HARD PART, ON THE WRONG SIDE. IT IS STRAIGHT AS A STICK FLAT WITH A FEW SMALL WAVES IN THE BACK. I HATE THIS WIG AND DO NOT WANT IT BECAUSE IT ISNT WHAT I ORDERED. THE FRONT LOOKS HORRIBLE AT THE LACE. LOOKS LIKE THE LACE FRONT WAS CUT INTO THE HAIRLINE.I CANNOT WEAR THIS WIG! I KNOW THERE ARE NO REFUNDS BUT I WOULD LIKE A DIFFERENT ONE SENT TO ME, AN ACTUAL BELLA VIDA BY RAQUEL WELSCH. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS MATTER. THANK YOU.
