Here I am at 6 am Sunday morning and can’t sleep. “Cruzin” for another wig I need. After looking for a time I am back at the first wig I bought long ago. Heat by Jon Renau. This is the perfect style for me in Oyster. Have worn it for years starting as a brunette, then a redhead, blond and now grey. I love this wig!!!!!!
When I look in the mirror I SEE ME looking back. That ladies is when you know you have the right wig on. Wear different styles and colors it’s fun to play. Lord knows as women we go through enough especially now. Will send a picture when I get my new wig. Keep playing, luv to all!

Speedy delivery and the wig was as expected.

The wig was advertised as Shade 6, dark brown, but it is more like #4, and solid black.

I returned two wigs that are unworn with tags attached and they are refusing the return. I am disputing the transaction with the credit card company. I’ve reached out to customer service but they are stating the wigs were altered and/or worn. These are brand new wigs that have not been worn. I sent photos back to customer service regarding the wigs.

I like the fact that they ship quickly and have good/average prices. The thing I don’t like is they advertise free shipping yet if you don’t check some box or something, you are charged $10.95 shipping. I usually use GPay and I don’t see that option. Free should be free without having to go through gyrations.

The wig is beautifully cut. Love the color.

This is a great company. If you're looking for wig discounts. I've ordered from them for years and they have an outstanding customer service team. I highly recommend you browse on a regular basis and sign up for emails too for extra discounts.

I have ordered from them twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. They are SUPER fast with their processing and shipping, and with my second order I had to make a return and they were also SUPER fast at processing the refund. Great customer care.

The quality of their pieces is also outstanding, and the prices are great! I honestly would not purchase a wig anywhere else unless I absolutely had to (in the event I could find the style or color I wanted in the outlet).

I appreciate all of the videos as well, because it's hard to order a wig online and imagine how it will look. They do such a great job of demonstrating the different pieces and giving you styling ideas.
