A Wonderful Experience Every Time
I have been using this company for several years now for quite a few reasons. When I put in an order, I get it within days. If I want to do a return, it’s fast and easy. And, the prices on their wigs cannot be beat.
I’ve talked with customer service a few times and they were knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

Regarding the response to my original review.
In regard to my original review of wig outlet, and their response to me, they failed to mention the fact that they sent me an email on January 30, indicating that they had approved my return, and were granting me a refund of $176.25!!!! And, I want to hold them to their word. They need to do the right thing, and issue the refund as promised.

Called to have it exchanged I m told no refund or exchange. What I m to do with a wig that is too big. All I wanted to do was to exchange it for another one.
