My experience with Wig Outlet has always been great! They have helped me so much over the years with my continuing hair loss and style changes for me!

I wanted an attractive wig to see me through chemotherapy. I had trouble finding the right size. This wig looks very good, fits, and was a more attractive price than many I looked at. Shipped and arrived sooner than I expected. Extremely satisfied.

I usually have the best of luck choosing wigs from Wig Outlet because of the price point and the ease of returning for any reason. This Voltage wig looks very natural and feels nice on.

I have gotten great buys on really high end Ellen Wille pieces that I love! I was willing to pay for faster shipping, so I received them quickly with no problems whatsoever. I saved a small fortune compared to what they would cost in locally available salons. I haven’t had to return anything, so I can’t speak to that, but I’m confident with my experience so far it wouldn’t be an issue. I only wish I had discovered them years ago!

Didn’t purchase a wig. This is my first experience buying a wig and I was grateful to get an education in how to buy one.

I ordered a wig that looked perfect online. But when I tried it on, it was a bit too much hair for me. I went online and requested a return label which was emailed to me right away. Printed it out, packed up the wig, dropped it off at my local Staples store, and received an email confirming my return within a week. Very pleased with the customer service, only wish the wig had suited me better.

I do not like surveys

I like the prices on this site, the reason for the lower price is because I was sent a wig that was obviously used. The ends were dry and you could tell it was old. Returned it but they refused it saying it looked used! Well dah! So I lost money on this one

I don’t know much about the product I bought, and there were no directions on the package. But when I wrote wigs.com, I received a prompt response and was advised to check YouTube.

I've bought 3 or 4 wigs from Wig Outlet and I've had consistently great service. The website is user friendly with lots of good information. I needed to exchange a wig ~ no problem! Shipping is fast ~ it seems like I barely place my order and it's already being shipped! lol The wigs are nicely packaged and look like new to me. For all these reasons, I'll continue to use Wig Outlet!

Really fast shipping, wig is very low density and beautiful. Perfect for my middle-school aged daughter. Cap is smallish, fits her great.
