After almost 4 weeks of no internet access Confinity are willing to reimburse the subscription fee we pay but not the costs we incurred in mobile data usage we had to use to access the internet in order to pay bills, sit exams, stream tv etc. If I had a choice I would go with any other service provider... even vodaphone, and thats saying something.

Abolute scam, i have been paying £42 a month for my Wifi for a year now and almost every week there is an outage, i have reported this over and over again and had absolutely nothing done, Recently our internet had been rather slow ( 5Mbps instead of the usual 250Mbps ( I pay for 1Gbps by the way) so after some digging using Proton VPN, I found out Wifinity had been throttling my Wifi intentionally, this has been reported already and nothing has been done. without a VPN on i am able to get around 5Mbps, after turning it on im able to get about 70Mbps (still not what it should be but its better than before). the fact that there intentionaly making peoples wifi worse because they cant manage the wifi coverage they claim to be able to provide is a joke. and to top this off the wifi only works part time, every week it goes down for a day or two and without mobile coverage were stuck without internet. ive complained over and over again but alas, nothing has been done and nothing will ever be done. if it were as simple as swapping providers i would but Wifinitys Monopoly of MOD sites has made this impossible

James very helpful walked me through the problem and sorted it

Possible the worst internet provider in the world. 10 months ago there was a 3 week outage, then every month an issue. Now two outages in the space of 18 hours. The call centre just says sorry in a very ‘computer says no’ tone. Using common sense is not a priority for theses guys.
Prices go up every year 7.78% this year but the service stays the same if not worse. Sort it out wifinity.

Sophie from Wifinity.co.uk was very helpful when I had an issue with no wifi when I ordered the fast paid package, and said she will refund me straight away.

Just doesn’t work, I’m an Anchor Resident and is impossible to watch my streaming services when constantly asking for password, insert again lasts a few minutes then disconnects, so just get your own and avoid this,

This company provides internet services to many military sites, where residents often have little or no choice of provider. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing.
The main issues I have encountered include:
- Failing to deliver the broadband speeds advertised and paid for.
- Taking an unreasonably long time to resolve faults and service issues.
- Offering inadequate compensation when prolonged outages or service failures occur.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. If you have an alternative, I would strongly suggest considering it. Unfortunately, for those living on military barracks, there may be no practical choice but to use their services.

Spoke with James, he talked us through everything and was very helpful. He couldn't do anything further so he has passed our case onto the engineers.

Very impressed with the professionalism and customer service from the Wifinity technical support team.
Katie was OUTSTANDING; she ‘patiently’ solved my technical issue, ensuring I had connectivity across two devices. An excellent ambassador for Wifinity.
Thank you Katie.

The Lady I spoke to was very helpfull sorted my issue really quickly. The only thing that was a bit of a let down was the 15min wait for my call to be recevied but that cant all ways be helped.

Utterly awful Wi-Fi, speed test on their website confirmed that I am able to achieve about 120mbps, but once I paid the extortionate price for the subscription I barely got 1-2mbps. Kept cutting out and to cancel the subscription you must call where you wait for 20 minutes and then are met by rude and uninterested staff. I get being happy all the time in customer service is exhausting but atleast sound like you don't want to off yourself, just like how I feel after my experience with this poor excuse of a company.
