I like community and workshops however Ww focuses more on GLP-1 than on the points or all in programs. It’s disheartening for those of us who are not approved or are not interested in taking drugs to help lose weight. WW is now no different than the brick and mortar weight loss clinics in local cities.
I felt watching workshops and explaining program was helpful.I think this should be included in core program if you want people to succeed.People are on a budget. Menopause program very informative.
Love the app I love everything that it has to offer and all the community that’s involved in everything that is been compiled into the app
Im just paying for the app. Otherwise dont see any other support.

I’ve been on Weight Watchers before they had the app which is amazing for easy tracking. Love all the support for exercise programs and clinical dietician options. Med Care team professional and easy to talk too.

Signed up for a 3 month plan as any more is TOO expensive. Though my Primary could have set me up, I thought WW's help navigating the newest Medicare GLP-1 BRIDGE program to receive meds for $50 per month would be great. About 2 weeks in, the WW Clinician 'sent' the prescription (Zep Kwikpen) to my pharmacy, who responded as the Bridge program requires. Pharmacy then explained that the provider 'dropped the ball' and has NOT responded at all (5 days now). The (doesn't) 'Care Team' is terrible. What few responses were sent through the app were very TEMPLATED and non-specific to the Bridge Program. Turns out they input my DOB WRONG, which messes up all documentation in the health world, mine included. They've been around forever and I expected more from them. Their other programs may be beneficial to some, but for my purpose in qualifying for the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge program, would NOT recommend. Back to my Primary care then...

Long time WW member, and glad that now WW Clinic with GLP-1s are an option. But when I switched to Clinic I was surprised to find that all of my history with WW (including weight history) does not connect to the clinic platform. I was hoping for the usual WW connection with the addition of the medication. Instead I found I have to start all over again with explaining myself and experiences with the WW clinic providers. Feels very disconnected.

I can't tolerate the Metfotmin. It gives me reflux and severe heartburn. Im paying alot of money and the Dr has not suggested anything that doesn't involve me paying mIre money.

I excitedly join to help in my weight loss journey. Unfortunately soon after I found out that I have severe heart issues. They said to bad you can not cancel, send us your medical records and we will cancel in a year. If you expire before than you children are still responsible for the reminder of the contract.

I don't seem to see the results that they say that will go does for you.I've only lost one pound in three weeks.
