Lee did a superb job
Lee did a superb job in difficult circumstances, replacing a hidden bathroom pump with a new one in a more accessible location, including new piping. Left everything spotless. A real professional.

Good all round service
It was my first time using wefit, they were very accommodating with my schedule and although they were running late for the original time slot they kept me informed along the way. Matt who serviced my bathtub blockage was very nice and polite and was careful with the old bathroom pipes. Will definitely use again.

Quick, Communicative and Detailed Service
There were multiple issues with my flat across the hot water, thermostat and my air conditioning units.
Lee came in with minimal context but wrapped his head around the issues instantly. While not all of the issues could be resolved during the appointment due to parts needing to be ordered, I have a better idea of what needs to be done and I’m now less worried about my flat. I’ve got cool air and hot water still in the interim.
Lee was communicative and patient throughout, explaining everything even though he didn’t need to. Had all the tools and knowledge to give everything a test.

Great experience with Tracey
Great experience with Tracey, who promptly identified the problem with leaking pipes under the sink and fixed it very quickly and expertly. She also provided me with lots of helpful advice for other general plumbing issues in the flat and explained a lot of why the issues had happened and how to prevent them going forward. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
