Friendly and Efficient Service!
We had a leak in our boiler room that ultimately required a lot of work due to the mould and water damage that had been caused over a period of time. As we needed an emergency call out, we tried Wefix and they were prompt and efficient in finding us Matt to attend (despite it being a Sunday).
Since then, Matt and WeFix have been great to deal with. Matt is clearly very experienced and knows what he is doing. He first came to fix the original problem, and subsequently had to come back to drain and remove the hot water cylinder and all pipework in order for a decorator to clean and redecorate the room. On both occasions, he was very polite, friendly and efficient.
Only downside I would say is that the pricing is on the higher end, but I thought it was ultimately worth it for the overall service received. In particular, they were able to send someone round promptly when we needed it most on the Sunday.
Overall, would highly recommend.

Adam was fantastic he was very capable and friendly. He identified the problem very quickly bought the spare part locally and finished the job . He ensured our entire water system was working properly before he left. Top marks very impressive.

Matthew was not only courteous and affable but worked intensely and cleanly to cure the problem. I was delighted for the first time in many years to actually see a swirl of Water as it emptied in my kitchen sink !
