Not very good a collecting books, I had to request 4 times. Also prices are lower than competitors, although they accept books some others don’t.

Regarding our prices, all offers are displayed before you complete your trade, allowing you to decide whether you'd like to proceed. Whilst we always aim to offer competitive prices, these are determined by current supply and demand in the second-hand market, so they can vary from those offered by other companies. As you mentioned, we do also accept a wider range of books than some other buyers, which we hope provides additional value for many customers.

Poor service compared to competitors
I had books waiting to be picked up for about 3 weeks, multiple pick ups came and went and multiple days at home wasted. Offered very low payments for books compared to competitors and you rejected multiple books when I most very in very good condition. First and last time using you

We offer a free home collection service to provide a hassle-free way of sending items to us, so we're sorry that this wasn't the straightforward, convenient service it's designed to be. We can see that you contacted our Customer Services Team, who arranged for your collection to be rebooked, but we appreciate the disruption and inconvenience caused by the missed collections.
In terms of pricing, all prices are displayed before you complete your trade. Whilst we always aim to be as competitive as possible, the prices we can offer are determined by the current supply and demand within the second-hand market and are largely beyond our control.
We've also reviewed the trade linked to your review and can confirm that no items were rejected due to their condition. Three items that were originally scanned into your trade using our mobile app were missing when the trade arrived at our warehouse, and the value of your trade was adjusted accordingly.

Great service - I would recommend
It was a simple process to download the app, scan books, DVDs and CDs then get an offer. But be patient, you have to scan a lot of books before you find those they will pay more than 20p for, but it is definitely worth the effort. Packing and posting was simple using Evri drop off. Two boxes sent £20 received and I was paid promptly. Very pleased with this app and service.

it seems this only ever happens with more expensive books but when i submit them they never seem to arrive. on a seperate issue every time i have reason to contact the company they never ever reply.
