It would be helpful if all the information was given in advance. I scanned in 39 books which was laborious as you have to get the red line just so. Parcelled everything up had to go to library to print label despite the original no label required promise. Parcel wasn't collected only when trying to rearrange collection via Evri instead did it say there is a maximum box size and weight they estimated my books should be in two boxes though not especially heavy, 60+ woman. I couldn't contact them so just didn't bother continuing with alternate delivery. I have a small set of bathroom scales but if I put even a small box on I wouldn't be able to read weight. I only messed on as it was for charity but to be frank it took forever and is just not worth it for the few coppers, some as low as 1p they pay my order was worth less than £8 and usually with all the book buyers some will be rejected. In the end as the booking was with royal mail our lovely postman took the books for me after the two failed collection attempts. It would be useful if they left something to say why not taken as still have no idea.Despite not completing the rebooking I've just received an email from Evri to say it's gone through, no idea why I give up. Can't contact Evri or we buy books.

I scanned books and was quoted a price. I sent the books in good faith only to find out many of the books would now not be accepted, and I would be paid substantially less than quoted. The books were not returned to me but recycled. Thanks for nothing.

Very simple to use, raise a few pounds from unwanted books

You have to give a lot of books to gain very little- it’s probably not worth the time invested as so many books are not accepted. They say ‘sorry we are not buying that book or dvd at the moment). Payment is prompt on re prof the parcel- but for instance I gave 24 books for only 7 GBP return- I had to do all the packing and delivery parcel to the post office- then the QR code for the post office was easy.
