You scan your book, get a price, pack it up, Royal Mail collected mine, then you get paid, once it has been received and verified. Very easy service to use. Will be using the service again in the future.

Always a great experience with We Buy Books, good prices offered, extra in a % for over a certain number of books and often extra on top of that too, easy to use site and collection from home makes it great too especially for the disabled and being able to use the Post Office to collect helps too. (so much better than Evri who are terrible)

Ridiculous! Sent in 17 books got £1.68 but was quoted £12! Takes a while for them to release the payment! Not worth the hassle! Beware it’s a scam!

When we inspected your books, several had issues such as damaged covers or answers written inside them, which we cannot accept. As a reseller, we need to ensure the books we sell are in good condition for our customers.
In addition, some of the books included in the original quote were not received in the parcel, so we were unable to issue payment for those items.
We appreciate that this outcome was frustrating, but the payment reflected the condition and quantity of the books we actually received.

Using the app was easy and the process…
Using the app was easy and the process for setting up the order was very good. The courier didn't show up the first time round and I waited at home all day with no word from anyone, which was really rude and a total waste of everyone's time. After that I rebooked another collection with a different courier company and that worked. I didn't expect much honestly but about 1 week later the money was in my account exactly as I had been promised, so the end result was very positive.
