As shoddy as they come
As shoddy as they come. Offer a high price then fleece you with a less than half price offer. Then trap you with a seemingly pretend £10.95 return fee. My phone was basically perfect. Offered £120, sent it in. Now offered £45. And sent a video showing my perfect phone. Eventually after a few more insulting offers they sent it back for free. Got £93.50 from MusicMagpie (and a very easy drop off at my local Timpson). Avoid these con merchants, try MusicMagpie! PS they will probably reply the phone was assessed in the conditioned received… what twaddle, instantly got twice as much elsewhere

Absolute fraudsters do not send your device into them. Good thing I made a video before sending in the device there was not one scratch on my iPad not one Mark anywhere told me that was marked on the bezels significantly and on the back and the frame was bent have a full video showing nothing of the sort all the only thing I can say that these people are scammers

I’d give 0 stars if I could, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PHONE!!! I sent an iPhone 15 to them in absolutely immaculate condition, they then sent me a video from the ‘tester’ and my phone screen was no longer attached to the actual phone! I had sent this phone in its original box and wrapped it secure in 5 parcel bags. I am absolutely devastated, if you are going to use this company, take time stamp photos of the phone before you send it because I am absolutely heartbroken! Better yet DO NOT USE THEM!! SCAMMERS!!!!
