Was informed right from the get go, from when they had received my phone to it being checked, then kept up today with the process (within a few days of sending old phone out) Not going to lie didn’t think I would get the full amount they had initially told me even tho I always keep my phone in good condition eg, good case protected screen. So pleasantly surprised when I received the full amount. Great service thank will definitely use this company again.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I sent a very well kept phone to them. They viewed it and tried to offer less than half the original valuation. They send an amended offer with one button, 'accept'. Having read a lot of reviews since, this appears their MO. They're a scam. Avoid these crooks.

Great customer service, I must note I was quoted considerable below what was specified online so I am hoping there could be an increase to avoid me having to request the phone back. The price offered to me for my phone was hugely reduced from £198 to £25 after marking the condition as ‘Pretty Good’. There was no option to decline the new offer, so I spoke to a customer service advisor who offered to increase the amount for my phone to £38 “as a good will gesture”. I lost trust in the company and decided to decline. The phone was returned quickly to me. After reading other reviews, it appears that this is something that this company does often. Thankfully I’ve went with a trustworthy company and got £136 for the phone that this company valued at £25. Please read reviews and look around.
