Lovely guy, great service !! Was prompt and called me back when he said he would !

Carla Marie at WeBuyAnyPhone was absolutely fantastic. She managed to get me a better price for my phone than I expected. If I’m being honest, my phone wasn’t in the best condition, but they clearly know what they’re doing and assessed it fairly. What mattered most to me was that I walked away with a deal I was really happy with. Highly recommended!

Offer you a higher price on my iPhone 12 and then come up with petty reasons to knock the price down which was untrue. They then try and pressure you into selling by giving you a limited time to accept or the offer price halves. I told them to return the phone and I will use a more trustworthy company.
Avoid these cowboys.

Was quoted an okay amount for an iphone 12, that was sent in perfect conditions, no scratches on any sides of the phone. it only had some dust on it which was cleanable and after it was received by them they reduced the quote by £100, siting wear and tear, which was not there.

Offered a price that was average compared to other sites but went with them, took over a week for them to get back to me then offer a quarter of what originally offered, then took another week to send phone back which I had to pay for which was way more than the cost to send it to them, went with another company and got a really good deal just shy of what was originally offered

Low price over stated my phone was average but after speaking with Swarnika she helped me and got a new revised price I was happy with

Excellent service. Posted the phone on Saturday morning and received the full payment on Wednesday. Emails and texts to let me know the phone had been received and how it was progressing. 100% recommend!!

This company initially offers you a good price to tempt you in and then devalues your device as soon as they get their hands on it, knocking two thirds off the original price offered and then charge an extortionate price to send it back to you. I’m not even going to waste anymore of my time explaining my experience, just please don’t deal with them.

I sent a iPhone 15 pro to them in excellent condition after obtaining a good quote.
After receiving it they said it would take a few days to do tests to check it. I thought this was strange as when I have sent phones to Mazuma before they contact you and money is in your account straight away.
2 days later I was sent a message to say it had past all the 28 tests but due to its bad condition they would be reducing offer by £150. It really was in perfect condition without a scratch on it. I looked on this site too late and found it is near on impossible to have it returned! So I felt I had to take offer.
Do not trust the slightly higher offer they make because this is not what you will receive.
