I that they should mention about the documentation fees in bold type. Besides that try negotiate the offer that they give you. They are doing their job. But there seems to be a little room to negotiate. All in all it was a painless experience and I would use them again.

Nick was very efficient. He had a lot to do by evaluating my vehicle and also training in a new employee. The whole process was done in about 2 hours. I wasn’t very happy about the offer on my vehicle but I do realize it wasn’t in perfect condition.

I booked a 5-8 PM timeframe online. When they called to confirm my appointment 2 days before, they had moved my timeframe up to 4-7 PM. Fortunately, I was going to be working from home that day, so I didn’t put up a fuss. Jared was great! He was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He gave me the best deal for my car. The whole process from beginning to end took about 45 min…quick and easy! I’m grateful for this experience.

The Company We Buy Any Car was very responsive to my request for initial quote. Received an initial quote after i provided details of my 11 yr old Subaru outback.
There was continuous feedback toward scheduling the on site physical assessment in my driveway. A refined quote was provided immediately after the thorough inspection by Mr Darnel the company technician.
Mr Darnel was courteous ,patiently answered all my questions, about the transaction process made a follow on appointment so i could find a missing registration within a few days he returned , spent all the time he needed to print finall documents in his car i needed to sign which i did and he cut me a check.
Furthermore when i got back in the house i thought i dropped my wallet in the car which now had the keys in a lockbox on the door handle. He then unlocked the car and patiently waited for me to search the car . I found it later in my house.
