I ordered a screen on the 3rd of July , i recieved it on the 11th of July. It was unsuitable, so the next day I requested a return. UPS the delivery company didn't turn up So I phoned wayfair, they asked are you able to donate it, or give it away. Yes I replied, but I still want my money back ! OK they said., we will issue a refund within 24 hours. OK. A couple of days later the delivery company turned up and collected it. I am still waiting for my refund that was on the 15th July it's now 24th July.

I ordered a bed frame and mattress that as the payment was processing the order was immediately cancelled due to “security “ reasons .
I contacted them as I wanted to buy at the sale price ,which I did ,as I was assured that the refund would be processed within 3-5 working days 7 days later still no refund and I contacted them again to be told the refund was “stuck in the system “and would be reissued in another 3 working days So I am out if pocket to the tune of nearly £300.
Not happy and what a scam .
Shall not be using them again !

Excellent ordering process and delivery, delivered earlier than expected. The product itself is solid and looks good, with plenty of storage space. Was easy to build with clear instructions.

U sent out part order. The other part was due next day then it is delayed! Poor service . Why didn’t all order come as one delivered

Trust Wayfair 100%. Accurate descriptions- prompt delivery- items always extremely well packaged. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Delivery was quick and lads doing delivery were skilled at bringing the massive box upstairs to our flat.
Quite difficult turns up stairwell and then down the passage into our lounge.

The delivery service was excellent.
Bismark and Frank delivered our order. It was large and heavy, but they handled it well, and with a smile. They were great, friendly and helpful!

Very easy to order, quick delivery. Cabinet was very easy to put together.

Good product and at a good price point

Good value for money. The priduct looks good.

The mirror itself seems great and it was reasonably priced however the packaging was dreadful, breaking up and spraying polystyrene everywhere. Also I paid for insurance in the mirror but so far have been unable to register it as the website is a nightmare.

Price, Descripton including product photo, easy ordering, prompt delivery, product came complete with all tools and parts for assembly and exceptionally clear simple instructions to assemble. Purchased for Granddaughter. Very well received. Outstanding product and service 10 stars out of 10.

Response after fault on first item,bead excellent.

Appalling service and customer experience.

I ordered a dining table and chairs and it arrived quickly two days later (9th July). Tabletop damaged. Reported and took 3 days to say they would send a replacement. I got a replacement delivery date of the 24th July, 15 days after first delivery. Range today, not getting today might be Monday. Asked for a full refund and they can collect the full set.
Promised an email today to state when they will collect other boxes, no email forthcoming. No one answering on the online agent chat.

DO NOT BUY FROM WAYFAIR!

Fab storage easy to build came on time instructions where clear I'm very happy with it

First unit was green with mould have been sent replacement but have still not received it yet my original order was on the 9/7 as I wanted the unit for family visiting they are here now so not a great service
