All arrived safely but when I read the brand on the box and Googled it I could have had it £15 pound cheaper from the branded supplier or £20 cheaper on EBay. Although, now £20 dearer on Wayfair and £50 dearer on another site. What's the true price of anything these days?

The App is rubbish! Forever crashing when browsing items and even worse when trying to check out the basket and make payment. Makes you wonder if it has taken the payment and I have to keep checking my banking app to see if it’s taken one payment or several

Delivery was Excellent
The delivery man was curtious, helpful and went out of his way to be helpful.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company.
I ordered a round ru, but was sent a rectangular one, then they gave me the run around trying to return it.
The courier conveniently never arrived...TWICE !! Thats 2 days completely waisted waiting for them.
After multiple complaints, they eventually sent somebody from DHL, but there was no return label.
Please Please don't waste your money with them. There are better companies out there. Do your research. The hassle they cause and run around they give you is woeful. Its just not worth your time being wasted by them.

Poor quality gazebo
I have erectedthe gazebo and I am disappointed with the product it is of a
poor quality. I do not feel it is sturdy enough .l was experiencing a more robust product. What is your returns policy as I am not happy with this product?
Further to my review Wayfair have contacted me explaining they have a returns policy. I have returned the gazebo to them and await a refund. I have to say Wayfairs response was most welcome , hats off to them. They are a good company who look after their clients.

eventhough there is a hiccup especially on delivery side, or no instructions manual on the box but they manage to sort this matter within 48 hours.
