Professional Service - Highly Recommend
From start to finish the service was fantastic and I'm very happy with the product, exactly as advertised.
This is the first time I've ordered this value watch online after placing my order I called to query the process regarding delivery, I spoke with Mala, she was extremely professional and gave me the information regarding ordering from their supplier, when they would receive and when it would be dispatched to me.
Everything Mala said happened exactly as she stated, watch was sent exactly in timescales provided and watch was received via Recorded Special Delivery next day before 1pm from dispatch date.
Overall a fantastic experience, watch was nicely gift wrapped too
Would recommend to those that are apprehensive regarding high value purchases online and for those who have not ordered from Watcho Jewellers previously
You can definitely be confident you will receive what is advertised and that you are spending money with a company that not only take pride in their products but also their service

I was interested in a particular Tissot model and contacted Watcho regarding this piece.
Mala was amazing and professional and made sure it was available before I fully committed to the sale. An additional discount was made apparent so how could I refuse?!!
They allowed for me to place a small deposit down to reserve the watch and once I settled the full amount, I was acknowledged immediately with a confirmation receipt and details of tracking and courier service.
The whole process was effortless and made me feel comfortable.
To be honest, in the beginning, I thought the website was a scam because it all too easy, with the process... but I did my homework and they are a legitimate business :)
Delivery was literally special next day delivery, it was extremely quick, the packaging was immaculate and discreet.
I love the watch, i missed out on the 2025 limited edition and thankfully this 2026 limited became available with an even better color strap in my opinion.
This was a treat for myself and it was made extra special by Mala and Watcho.
Highly recommend for their professionalism and sizeable range of watches for every individual.
