Ordered a tissot watch for my wife's birthday but I had not heard anything from them about delivery etc sent an email regarding this and got a reply immediately from mala and was reassured it was being processed then an update saying it had been dispatched arrived Saturday morning fantastic customer service and the watch is beautiful and my wife absolutely loves it so thanks all round

The price and speed of delivery was excellent
The price was very competitive, best I could find on the internet for the particular Garmin Fenix 8 Amoled, that I bought. It arrived earlier than expected and was, in all a great experience.

Although the website was not clear that watches were not available to view at the Milton Keynes store, when I arrived at the store, staff could not have been more helpful.
The staff checked with their main office that they had the watch I was looking for and the staff at the office remained there until my arrival and enabled the purchase to take place.
