DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
- I suspect yiu buying counterfeit watches from overseas.
- I bought a fossil watch thinking it was genuine. I now know I was ripped off and the materials are cheap. Watch glass is scratched from one day wearing while watching movies and playing some computer games. I have never had a fossil watch scratch so easy. This is my second Fossil watch.
- when I questioned them they didn’t care.
- just spend the money extra an buy from a local shop.

-my watch is faulty and confirmed by the a local jeweller. I have emailed, sent a message via whats app and message on their Facebook page. Only one message response reply via email.
- Their watches are parallel imported which is noted in fine print on their website and warranty is not linked to local distributors of the brand.
- watch was worn around the house watching a movie and playing a computer game. It was not an abused. It scratched with half a day or wearing.
- company has turned of Facebook reviews.
- can’t give it google reviews
Hopefully this indicates the type of company it is.

We would like to clarify that we only sell authentic products from reputable brands. We are not associated with counterfeit items.

After a thorough review of your case, it appears that the damage to the watch, including the 'scratches' on the glass, is a result of accidents, poor care, and normal wear and tear. You did mention on the email it was for your son and he wears it to school. It is very important to consider the environment in which a watch is worn to avoid accidental damage. Activities that could lead to impact or damage might not be the best fit for wearing a watch. We suggest being cautious to prevent unintended damages.

Fake

Purchased a Nixon watch in July
Seized by ABV as it is a counterfeit and they don’t have the authority to sell the trademark name. Tried to contact numerous times and they just ignore.
Beware do not buy anything as it comes from Dubai not Australia. Very disappointing fake watches. Have to forfeit the watch to ABV where they will destroy the item.
BEWARE DO NOT BUY

MK Mini Parker - Missing Lugs

I had just bought the MK Parker Mini watch for my wife as a present. She opened it today and we noticed that both the side link connectors (lugs) are missing.

I emailed and sent video and photos but didn't receive any response. I also send message via whatsapp but no response. With the two missing link connectors, the band comes off and the watch cannot be worn. I want Watches of Australia to fully refund, replacement watch or provide missing parts asap.

1) You sent us an email yesterday regarding this issue. We face a huge volume of emails and messages on a daily basis and our response may take longer than expected.

2) We understand your frustration, but we request that you consider the circumstances before posting a negative review based solely on response time.

3) It appears that the spring bars holding the bracelet in place may have broken, which can happen as a safety mechanism when there is pressure on the bracelet. We assure you that the watch itself is not broken, and this is a fixable issue.

4) We recommend taking your watch to the nearest watch repair agent or any reputable watch shop. They will have the necessary tools to replace the spring bars and reattach the bracelet. In most cases, this service may even be provided free of charge or at a minimal cost.

I recently placed an order on Watches…

I recently placed an order on Watches of Australia with the expectation of receiving my items within 2 to 10 days. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, after placing the order, I discovered that only half of the products were shipped, and to make matters worse, this portion was coming all the way from the UAE. It has now been stuck in customs review for a month, causing significant delays.

One of the most frustrating aspects of this whole ordeal has been the abysmal customer service provided by Watches of australia. In order to receive even a single reply from them, I have had to send multiple emails, which is extremely inconvenient and time-consuming. It seems that they are not prioritizing their customers' concerns or addressing their issues promptly.

To add to the frustration, the other half of my order has never even been shipped. It's been a month now, and I'm left with half of my order stuck in customs and the other half missing in action. This level of poor service and lack of transparency is unacceptable.

I understand that delays and issues can occur during the shipping process, but the lack of communication and the failure to fulfill the complete order are major letdowns. As a customer, I expect transparency, efficient customer service, and timely delivery, none of which have been met by Watches ofaustralia.

I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering placing an order with this website. The hassle, delays, and lack of communication make for an extremely frustrating and disappointing shopping experience. I regret choosing Watches of australia and will be looking for alternatives for my future purchases.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a watch 4 day's ago a diesel Mr daddy. The shipping address was incorrect on my google pay so I emailed these guys straight away to advise them of the actual address. I've heard absolutely nothing no response whatsoever that's 6 emails later a message on Facebook and whatsapp and nothing in return. The customer service seems non existent at this company 🙄

Suspicious!!

I ordered a watch with the website and after a search i done, i came to know with exactly same website setup 2 different companies is operating. How Come? One is this company and the other company's name is " The watches men & co." They are offering for a much better price than this company. They are 100% authentic as well. Two websites with the same setup but with different prices operating from New Zealand. Suspicious!! I emailed them and I contacted them for an explanation via WhatsApp but no response that's why I'm reviewing here. Looking for a proper explanation at least here.

Unreliable Service

Ordered on the 5th June, websites states 5-10 days to receive order- I STILL DONT HAVE IT. Emailed company they said it would be here before the weekend, that also didn’t happen. This was suppose to be a sentimental gift that’s now past the anniversary date and this watch now has no meaning to me for the purpose i got it for. Unhelpful wouldn’t purchase anything again.
Ps- write your sassy comment back i can’t wait to get a proper response
