After losing our beloved mom Lynn, we were heartbroken and completely unsure where to start. We’d never had to arrange a funeral before, and the whole idea felt overwhelming. But before she passed, our mom had told us how good you were and had suggested we use you when the time came. We’re so grateful we listened.

We called your Tipton office to let you know she had passed and within half an hour your team were with us. They were respectful, kind, and professional, and reassured us that they would take good care of her. And they did.

A couple of days later, we were invited in to begin the arrangements. We were anxious, not knowing what to expect, but from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel safe and supported. Stacy welcomed us into a private room and guided us through everything with such compassion and clarity. Nothing was rushed or confusing. She explained each step, helped us choose the coffin mom had wanted, and made sure every one of our wishes was respected.

Stacy went above and beyond with her attention to detail and empathy. For something we were dreading, she made it feel surprisingly manageable and even comforting. She also arranged for a celebrant named Angela, who was just as thoughtful. Angela took time to really understand our mom’s life, from beginning to end, and on the day of the funeral, she delivered a service that was simply beautiful. It truly felt like our mom was seen, honoured, and remembered exactly as she should be.

Throughout it all, the communication from Stacy and Angela was excellent. We were kept informed, gently supported, and never left wondering what was happening next.

We can’t thank you all enough. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend A&A Walters to anyone going through the loss of a loved one. You treated our mom with the dignity she deserved and helped us give her the farewell she would have been proud of.

Our family were totally overwhelmed with the professionalism, courtesy and compassion shown to us at the most difficult time when we lost our mom, Stacy literally went above and beyond, we wanted to celebrate our moms life and introducing us to the celebrant Angela enabled us to do exactly that, she was amazing, all the staff on the day were so respectful and followed our wishes to the letter, A&A Walters are definitely the people to use when you lose a loved one, thank you so very much.

The service and professionalism we received from Karen at A &A Walters in arranging our father’s funeral, John Thompson, was excellent and we cannot fault them at all. From first contact until the service and cremation we were handled with sympathy and we can’t thank them enough.

All of the staff I had contact with were very professional. We ere handled with sympathy from the first phone call, through the funeral arrangements and the funeral itself.

Stacy guided us through the planning of the funeral and was so helpful, always there to reply to an email or call. On the day the staff who took us to the funeral service and cemetary were superb. They led us through it every step of the way. Supportive but discreet. Totally professional. Couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommend Walters, cannot thank them or praise them highly enough.

Karen and the team from the moment I called them were nothing but amazing and supportive to myself and my family, after loosing my wonderful dad Trevor Allen they made organizing the funeral stress free, Karen was nothing but kind and compassionate, dads funeral really was a beautiful send off we can’t thank you all enough!

We sadly had to arrange two funerals within just 7 weeks,first for our Dad and then for our Mom. Walters supported us through both losses with outstanding care and compassion.
Phil was our first point of contact, and his kindness and calm approach made a huge difference during such a difficult time, he guided us through the initial steps with sensitivity and reassurance. Later, Sam arranged the enhanced pure cremations firstly for our Dad and then again for our Mom, handling everything with the utmost professionalism and respect.
Both funerals were handled with dignity,and every detail was thoughtfully managed. Walters made an incredibly hard time just a little easier,and we are truly grateful.

When my husband Alan Wilkinson passed away Anthony was the first person we had contact with. It was early hours of the morning. Anthony was very caring and kind to us all especially Alan. He explained to us what we needed to do. Karen was the next person we saw right from the start she was absolutely wonderfull with me and my 3 daughter's. A & A Walter's comes highly recommended by me Alan's wife. Couldn't thank them enough for all their kindness and care they gave us all. ❤

I recently lost my dad in a sudden event. Stacy and the team and A&A walters made the whole process so seamless and easy to manage.

It was not a first loss of a parent but it was still difficult to take on board.

Karen was excellent she guided us all through the process and helped us through a very difficult and sad time in our lives. Right from the very first point of contact, Karen at A & A Walters was extremely caring. professional and helpful, guiding us to make the choices we felt were right for our loved one . The service they provided was first class right up to the day of the funeral. Everything was done with a very caring and professional approach.

My uncle had paid for his funeral at the coop when he sadly passed away in February went to the coop to sort everything out the service was terrible so cancelled it went to A&A Walter’s and Karen was amazing couldn’t ask for better service nothing was to much would definitely recommend

The service provided by Stacy and all at AA Walters was excellent. They were so caring and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took care of my partner Lee Glaister from the moment they picked him up till the day of the funeral. I felt peace knowing he was being taken care of so well. Everything on the day of the funeral ran smoothly and Dave was lovely and took great care of us on the day. We visited our loved one in the Chapel of rest a few times and on the first visit Lee's hair wasn't quite right and Tony said he'd sort it for us and would take very good care of him. When we went the second time his hair was redone as promised. I cannot thank or recommend AA Walters enough and whilst I hope we don't have to use their services again for a long time they will definitely be the funeral directors I use.
