4 months waiting for phone number change and nothing

I lost access to my phone number i registered with and contacted support to change my phone number to be able to access my account it's been 4 months and still they don't do anything only fake promises and lies i don't think they'll ever do anything my opinion is you should avoid them they don't care about their customers

TIMEWASTE. TRASH.

Don’t waste your time on them. Started to open an account. Been waiting for 5 days already. Still says my application is oending manual review. Contacted support twice. They’re sorry and they can’t do anything. Standard robotic answers.
If opening account takes DAYS, go to revolut or monese. With them you’ll have your account up and running in 5 minutes. If they don’t care about your time, so they will not give a s*** about your money.

Wrote to the email complaints2ceo, haven’t heard back in 2 days. Clearly they DON’T care and totally FINE with losing customers that easy.

W1tty is doing great job! I love using W1tty for daily purchases. I am using their services for 3 months and never had an issue. Moreover they extended their 3% cashback promotion which is awesome!

Perfect for Cashback!

Hello, it's clear that this app is curently under development, but for now I think it's one of the few debit/prepaid cards that are offering cashback. While it's 1%, there are promos for 3%. I have seen theese percentages only in credit cards.
The app has still work, but as a defferentiating factor in a crowded smart finance world, I would consider W1tty for their cashback feature. If they could offer warranty extension or buy protection with 1/2 EUR/month it would be a clear winner for purchases.
I could see also instant cashback for PRO/paid users, instead of 45 days.

useless, careless, not recommended

Confirmed with the team i can provide my rental contract as a proof of my address. Uploaded the contract and waited about 10 days, after which got an email demanding to prove my address. I asked them why i need to do things i already done, and got no reply. I asked the team via chat app, but instead of explanation and help (what usually expect from support agent), i was scoffed by providing irrelevant and never asked information. They never managed to answer my questions.

PS. I don't know what competitors you're taking about, but Revolut for instance has perfect human support. And yes, i sent a complaint to that email yesterday, and got no reply so far.

Do not deposit any money to them. After i deposit 2k+ euro they blocked my account. Its almost month and chat bots saying same over and over while support do not respond on email. Beware of this SCAM.

Scam?

First I sent 5€ to my personal bank account and two days later W1TTY tells me an error had occurred and the money went back to my W1TTY account. Now I have been waiting for more than a week to receive 15€ which were sent from W1TTY to my bank account. I also had no reply from the support team when asking about this problem.

I cannot create a virtual card and…

The case was completed positively. The card appeared on the account;) And the rest 5/5;)

I can not create a virtual card or order a physical one for the account (because I have already used the limit of 5 cards). Currently, I do not have any active cards on my account. I would like to create a virtual card and order a physical card. Support can't do anything or else ignores the messages and stops replying. They apologize and are not interested in solving the problem, and I have cards for my account and I cannot pay with the card because I cannot order it. Can you solve my problem? I have almost 600 € in my account.

yes its true! we have a limit on how many cards you can order and cancel! this is a rare issue since we ask why would our customers need to order and cancel 5 cards consecutively ! In the future we will have a system where if you wish to add more you will pay for the card . its actually built in not yet activated.
