Thank you for reaching out to us. You have not been able to log into your account due to the maintenance that was taking place. We have now resolved all issues, and all that is needed from you is to update the app and log in.
If 5 OTP requests have been attempted today, your account will be in cool down mode, and you will not be able to log in. We kindly ask that you try to log in after 24 hours have passed.
As for the closure of your account, this cannot be done on the app, kindly reach out to customer support and they will register your request. However, something important for you to note is that as per our regulations, all data for fully onboarded customers must be kept for 5 years before being deleted, and 2 years for those who were not successfully onboarded.

It's inconvenient to open an account
Creating an account here is really time-consuming, I still haven't been able to create an account. Although the customer representative is interested, he makes late calls in complex profiles.

Fast response and correct answers in support matters. Not every feature you can see in the app is allready working but you can see progress. Key features are working and it is my main credit card because of the cashback at the moment.

They give 3% cashback (as of August 2022) and I had no problems whatsoever with the payments. The UX and visuals of the mobile app are great.

Scam. Do NOT open a w1tty account. They have frozen all my legit money for four months now and refuse to give it back. Their support is beyond awful. They keep deliverately wasting time. Ceo might reply asking me to send an email. Already did and they ignored me.
