I have used Voxi mobile for the past eight months as our broadband contract expired while we were in the process of moving house.
Despite all communication with Voxi being carried out remotely I have found them to be very professional and their service is first-class.
So why only three stars? Signal strength has never been an issue at either our old or new property but the speed has varied constantly. From a low of 0.5Mps to a high of 40 resulting in frustration when using the internet. The time of day seemed to have no bearing on the speed.
To summarise, I highly recommend Voxi as a supplier, just be sure that your local mast offers s reasonably consistent download and upload speed.

Poor internet connection in rural areas. This is why I purchased a prepaid once off Sim. I won't be renewing. I'll go for a different operator for my second month in the UK.

Go to ID where you can get more data for a cheaper price PLUS roaming !!!!!
I found not having roaming was a real issue. Every time i went on holiday I'd have to buy the PRICEY 'day passes' in order to use my phone abroad.
So i'd be paying for my usual monthly data but those weeks abroad would add between £10 to £15 onto my monthly bills.. now imagine going on holiday just 3 times a year... it adds up.
I did know that my deal didn't include roaming.. but what i didn't realise is how expensive this would turn out to be.
GET A DEAL THAT INCLUDES ROAMING; my best advice for those who go abroad once or twice a year and wish to use their phone out there.
I found the deals to be WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what they were. Look around for deals of the same price but WITH ROAMING.
I really felt this company was trying to squeeze every penny out of you, with its unfairly priced deals and roaming day passes....

The person was handling my query in chat was good. Voxi dont have customer contact number, email or address that is very frustating.

Voxi customer service not responding. I have jumped through all the hoops with the bot. Then nothing, supposedly being connected to an Agent but no one turns up.
I managed to get help eventually but not convinced they will send my replacement sim and if it will be configured correctly. Time will tell.
They would only send it to a houseI no longer live at despite my giving them my new address 3 x. I think its time to look for a new provider, loyalty to Voxi/Vodafone has no value.

Avoid at all costs, the signal is beyond crap and the customer service is a two day web chat with a different advisor with every sentence. They make you explain yourself over and over again. It’s the worst most frustrating experience imaginable. Not had a good signal in over 6 years with these idiots. After another annoying stretched out web chat I’ve had enough and leaving. The only simple thing they can manage, getting the PAC code to leave!!!

I have been trying to order a sim card for three days with no joy. I am getting an error message saying 'sorry that didn't work as expected, try again'. Of course I have tried again with different browsers, cleared the cache and still in the same place. I contacted customer services via messenger and didn't find them helpful.

Absolutely terrible service, definitely avoid it, the connection is terrible, absurdly you can not get connection anywhere, do not even think that this is a good supplier because they are provided by Vodafone. Once my tariff ends, I will most definitely switch my service. Its only been 2 weeks of usage and I cant get connection anywhere that is a building with a second floor. Nevermind that fact, the connections you get are extremely weak and irresponsible, there are times that this internet does not load basic google chrome or whatsapp messages. PLEASE AVOID IT.

Bought a refurbished phone last night on voxi, bought it through PayPal credit. Everything was approved & the order was completed at 9:20pm and had email confirmations at 9:22pm.
The email says
"Your order is on its way via next day delivery and will arrive between 8am and 6pm. This could vary if you ordered after 10pm, on a weekend or on a bank holiday"
Ive had no further information today on delivery so I decided to phone voxi. Apparently because the payment is still 'pending' in PayPal, thats why the order has not been dispatched and I need to wait for it to clear then they will start packing my order. What a load of BS! Im not happy at all. I needed the phone today and that's obviously not going to happen now.

This is in regards to both Voxi/Vodafone. I've been trying for weeks to get them to help me access information for an insurance claim. After my phone was stolen and I requested a new SIM they sold me a different package, moving me from Voxi to Vodafone. This meant one of the forms I need for my insurance claim is unavailable. That isn't a huge problem - all I need instead is an email explaining why the form is unavailable. However, after contacting them many, many times via both Voxi and Vodafone chat services, email and phone, they have not been able to help arrange this for me. I've spent hours getting in touch with them, only to keep being passed between the two teams or simply having the same information copy and pasted with no additional information or support. They have told me they aren't even able to contact other departments internally to help sort my problem, because of privacy issues which seems completely mad.

Zee did an excellent job of answering my many questions by providing links to what we need to accomplish what we need. In addition to providing me with links, they also gave me very clear "step by step" instructions on what to do.

I was speaking to the agent Aura who was helping me with a request - Aura was extremely quick, knowledgeable and kind. Aura was an amazing agent and deserves some recognition for the work and support that they give to customers

I spoke to Urmi through web-chat today, as I was sure I had used a referral link to sign up (but clearly hadn't). But he was kind and helpful and made up for my lost referral.
I've been with Voxi for 3 months now and everything is working as I expect it to.

I am writing this out of absolute frustration regarding a failed number port from Revolut to VOXI. I submitted my port request on Thursday last week before 3:00 PM. Under Ofcom General Condition C7, this transfer was legally required to be completed within one working day (by Friday). Instead, my number was left in limbo over the entire weekend.
When I contacted customer service on Monday morning, an agent attempted a manual escalation. Immediately following this, my VOXI SIM completely lost network signal. I have now been left with "No Service" and zero signal bars for hours. My phone line has been completely unprovisioned from the masts, causing a total loss of service that completely violates Ofcom’s mandate that porting disruptions must be minimal.
To make matters worse, front-line agents are refusing to escalate this as an emergency, telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours for a manager to call me—seemingly oblivious to the fact that a manager cannot call a mobile phone that has been left with zero network signal.
This is an internal Vodafone-to-Vodafone network migration that has been completely mishandled by automated systems and front-line staff alike. I am completely cut off, isolated without a working phone, and am currently being denied the immediate technical intervention required to rebuild my SIM profile. I will be seeking full delayed porting compensation under Ofcom regulations for every day this is delayed. Avoid this network if you value your connectivity.
Just to update at 13:45pm on Thursday 11th June ! I have been asked again …: how long my service is not working and can I access my temp number ! No I can not !! Read the history …..:: … this is so frustrating. The customer service is so awful.
I have updated this score since the voxi reply ! You can’t actually call the number. I used my wife phone and the automated service says you can only speak to a person on live chat or social media . You speak to them and they say please wait 48 hours …..
