I was trying to add the Unlimited Social Tariff. The open banking wasn’t working. So the agent manually reviewed everything and changed the plan without much faff. Only joined today so will be keeping things under review before switching my number but so far so good. Added three signal is a bonus. The agent Suraj was super helpful. Please pass this feedback onto him.

You can only contact Voxi through chat, Facebook or Instagram. They don't have a clue what they are doing and each agent tells you something different. All I wanted to do was transfer a phone number to my daughter now she is 18 but they have made it long and convulated. 5 days on it is still not done. For 2 days my messages were ignored on Facebook completely unacceptable. I have been a longstanding customer for about 7 years and this is how you are treated. Voxi have until Wednesday if not sorted my account will be closed.

Quick, effiencient and never tired to help a customer. The way he resolved my issues were amazing. Excellent skills, pushed away from my worries. I lost my phone, then after going through security gautam not only blocked my sim, gave me a new esim, helped with reseting my pin and address.

The gentleman Gautam was the best salesman ever the same network guy before him almost had me leaving being to persistent ive been with them for many mamy years! And happy with thier service but this guy kept asking do you want the deal every second question!? Any thanks to the gentlemen that does it correct unlike Dawood!! Yes I named him cause he will cost the company money. By the way Voxi is a fantastic network as is its big brother company Vodafone ive been with both for decades and i only left Voxi as Vodafone done a better deal.

Although my phone works and has good coverage, it ends there. Trying to add credit was impossible. I tried three bank cards and Paypal and three browsers. None of them worked. Apprently this has been an issue for years. Contacted Customer support on Facebook. They gave me a Vodafone link and that did not work after trying numerous variations. Need to use phone in EU so not being able add credit was the end. Moving networks again!

God forbid you need any sort of technical support because they have no way to contact them other than Facebook messenger and half the time they don't bother to respond. Charged me for months for a service they never actually provided. Waste of time, money, and effort, save yourself a headache and pick any other provider.

Terrible coverage, they were good but coverage fails alot now. Will be moving network.
Edit: Just had a reply from Voxi asking to reach out and contact them about the problem and sorry.
I did this just weeks ago however this obviously fell on deaf ears and I will not be waisting anymore of my time again.
Voxi network is atrocious in Blackpool and their excuse is Vodafone issues. They piggyback off that network. You are paying for a disingenuous service that do not let you know of issues and happily take your money.

Best phone provider I've ever used. I have found other providers so unscrupulous. VOXI really look after loyal, long-standing customers. They regularly offer deals e.g. more data for the same price. And there is no automatic annual price increase as with most providers. Great value for money, app is user friendly.
Highly recommended.
