We have an EV charger at home, so when booking our stay in Cornwall, having a charger at the property was a non-negotiable. I was a bit nervous since I’m not very familiar with public charging, but the wonderful holiday let owner gave me extra details and reassured me that there was 24/7. That definitely put my mind at ease, though I was still a little apprehensive.It turns out I was worrying for nothing! The VoltShare charger was incredibly easy to use. I loved how I could charge app-less—no tedious downloads required, just a simple and seamless process. It gave us the freedom to go out exploring every day, knowing we could conveniently plug in as soon as we got back. Thank you, VoltShare, for creating such a hassle-free system. I will happily use your chargers again.

Not impressed!
I am currently staying in an Airb&b in a relatively remote area. I have a plug in hybrid vehicle so am not totally dependant on access to charging facilities but it helps. However the system has been down for the last 4 days which is greatly annoying and whilst the company have been apologetic it doesn’t address the problem. If my car had been totally electric this would have ruined my holiday.
Pleased to say since writing the above the system is now back on line.

To provide some context, the outage was the result of a 4G carrier disruption, which falls outside of our control. That said, we worked closely with the carrier throughout the process to help get it resolved as promptly as possible, so we were really pleased to see the charger back online and you have been able to start a charge.
We hope you enjoy the remainder of your stay. Feedback like yours is important to us — it helps us continue improving the experience we provide to our customers, even when the challenges we face are outside of our control.

Seamless Experience
What a seamless experience with Voltshare so far. I had been in talks with Julian for a while and then when the government grant increased, we decided to go for it. We had already had a site inspection by their electrician and between us worked out where the charger would be located. Once we decided that we wanted to move forward, everything slotted into place very quickly. Kerri-Lee is absolutely on it in terms of customer service, we were very impressed. She hurried through our order and had it installed within a couple of weeks, despite having to have the post for the charger manufactured. The installation went really well and we have already had our first guest using it. Really happy with the company and would definitely recommend. Thanks from The Orchard Retreat, Devon.

Speedy and efficient
I had a one week period available for the installation of an EV charger for our holiday cottage. Voltshare carried out the installation on time and left everything looking neat and tidy. This was despite having to dig a trench across a lawn as we wanted the charger well away from the cottage. All the workmen involved were polite and efficient, and the charger is working as promised.

namely Kerri-Lee who was relentless in dealing with a charger manufacturer’s technical team in resolving an issue that prevented the charger from working at our self-catering property on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula. We had a car charger fitted promptly, by good workmanship from Partridge electrical services Aylsham on behalf of Voltshare.
Kerrie-Lee from Voltshare talked us through downloading the App and installing it in a very detailed method. She covered every part of it. Kerrie let us action all the points whilst on the phone. We can’t thank her enough. Julian our sales guy was also extremely helpful & informative pre sale.

I have to say, I really enjoyed our chat while we worked through it all together. It's honestly one of the best parts of my job, getting to speak to our drivers and making sure they get sorted! A rented car throwing a curveball into the mix can make things a little trickier, but we got there, and that's what counts!
