I bought these wallets for me and my late father who passed this March (not from Covid), because of this DISGUSTING SCAM of a Company I was never able to give my father this gift.

They should have star rating a zero or nil for this company.

They are liars and I believe they have no intention in providing what we have paid for in full.
Disgusting behaviour buy a company that we collectively funded in starting. I do not know of anyone who has receive what they ordered.

I have been waiting for 4 years, 4 very long years. If I had invested what i spent with this company on BTC I would have multiplied my money by at least 10 times.

Please don't give these people your money. My expected delivery date was May 2018 and I'm still waiting, 3 years later. Any requests for information or refunds are met with nonsensical replies about how hard it has been for them and how the pandemic has affected them (ignoring the 2 years prior where they failed to deliver). On their own website every product has 2 good reviews, whereas on Trustpilot, their facebook page and their Indiegogo it is a sea of dissatisfied customers - they few who have received the product say it is poor quality and some of the features don't work.

If you are considering buying one of these wallets, please don't. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Volterman - I've already contacted you by email and I don't believe your claims about shipping thousands of products when there is a flood of reviews saying different. Please don't bother to respond with the same old tired excuses.

More than 2 years I have been waiting. You are thieves and scammers. Would you accept that your component suppliers deliver to you more than 2 years after ordering?
I don't understand how buyers can trust such a company that doesn't honor its customers who have supported them so they can get started. It is deeply unfair and scandalous.

No need to answer me with your usual "blabla" that I've been reading for 24 months.

Its been two years and still didnt receive my order. Whenever i send an email, they send the same reply they ve been sending to me for the last two years. This company scams people. Check the comment section in their indiegogo page to get an overview of their customer's sufferings!!!

My story is also pretty much the same. I ordered in 2017 4 years now and zero response from volterman.
Irony here is their Facebook page says shipping in 7 to 20 days for new orders, I checked this via messenger they confirmed they will deliver 7 to 20 business days and when asked for the status of my order they said it's still under process and dont have a date.

Such a big cheaters..these guys should be put behind bars for cheating and fraud.

I know, now someone volterman will come ask for a sorry and say we will try to ship your wallet on priority.i don't want your wallet . I want my money back..

Spent $169 on their product and still haven't received it. Whenever I do reach out, they're absolutely no help at all or they send really vague email updates that many of us have been receiving for years now.

The project owner pretty much copys and pastes the same responses to every backers comments.

What's IRONIC is, when the backers leave honest comments on their indiegogo page about how they can't do their jobs right and how they're bunch of SCAMMERS - the project owner actually replies back saying how SAD he is about what he's been told.

I'm SAD how I can't give zero star on here because they deserve even less.

Back in April 2019 when asked I was told:

"Despite the challenges we've faced, the production is back on track now and we are currently progressing with the shipping of the 3rd batch. I am happy to inform you that your perk falls into this batch as well."

Fast forward to today - as expected, nothing sent. When emailing customer service for a potential refund I'm getting the same copy-paste responses.

When I simply used the word "BS" (abbreviated for here) pointing out their responses going around in circles I was told I was being rude and offensive and they'll block me - this is right after pointing out my original email (which I am still using the same chain) stating my perk will be shipped out in 2019.

This is nothing more than a scam. I've seen teardowns confirming bad workmanship, a fake MicroSD card (16gb or 32gb actual capacity being sold as a 64gb card) and a much fatter wallet.

Given they said my perk was shipping back in 2019 I am highly doubtful I'll ever get anything. Stay away from this company - there is nothing good about them. They've scammed many and have not delivered the product promised.

Note their reply saying I've been offensive. I have seriously not been offensive towards them, only pointed out facts but the fact I've proven them wrong has caused them to stop talking to me. Again, nothing but a scam.

Edit: I actually got this wallet and it is truly horrible - an outright scam. Ever heard of a wallet running Android complete with a fake SD card and useless features and not to mention so thick you can't use it as a wallet? Well, this is what anyone who gets one is actually getting.

4 years waiting for my 365 package, these guys gave me just about every lying excuse in the book, and wrote some new standards on the meaning - Scam.. stay away from them! they aren't US based, they are Armenian company started by 2 people who were just in the restaurant business and thought hey lets make a fake product and lie about how it will work, and how it will look, and what it will cost, and how soon we will deliver it. let's lie about everything and get funded.

3 years and counting to this day the only thing I got from Volterman scammers were empty words, fill that in a box..

I hope that Azat Tovmasyan will get what's coming to him some day from the court and the media, he scammed people for millions of dollars!

My very long relationship with Volterman.
I ordered my wallet in July2017 and received my first one in Dec. 2017. Right from the start the USB C charging cable was faulty and after numerous back and forth I was told to buy a cable which Volterman did pay for via PayPal. Once I tried to set up wallet it failed on numerous tries. I sent videos of the problems and finally Volterman said to send it back and it would be replaced. I sent it back at either the end of De 2017 or Jan 2018 and finally after several emails they finally said they received it in Aug. 2018. By the way this was coming from Canada so I was not impressed. It then took until Dec of 2018 to receive the replacement wallet and right out of the box this second wallet was faulty and after numerous videos and pictures( so much for quality control) they told me to send back the wallet and they would refund my money. They wanted me to send it back with a tracking number but the cost was going to be almost as much as I paid for the wallet. I packaged it up in original wrapping and secured it in a Canada Post package and sent it back Airmail and took several pictures and sent it to Armenia. Volterman within two days sent my $15.00 in my PayPal account for shipping which did not cover my cost after they promised it would. This by the way was in Jan. 2018.
I have sent numerous emails to Volterman and to this date they tell me that they have not received the wallet and are throwing Canada Post under the bus. I know my money is gone and they will not compensate me for it.
What really concerns me is the number of people on both this site and Indiegogo who ordered this wallet way back in 2017 who have not received their wallet and are being told that all perks will be coming, yet you would think a company who have all the information in front of them would go back and fulfil the customers who did not get their wallets prior to sending out wallets to newer customers. Just think I got two wallets sent to me with both being faulty but at least I got two.
I have pretty well stayed off Indiegogo comments section, because of all the negative comments they are receiving ang hoping that Volterman would consider it but to no avail. I feel sorry for all customers who have lost money and please accept my condolences, and to Volterman do the right thing!!!

Total scammer gang from Armenia. Better to deal with Mafia or Cartel vs Volterman.

Send your money to me instead of these guys at least I will thank you for it.

Armenian authorities must do something.

Response to vendor response: this is an identical BS copy paste statement you use everywhere in an attempt to look better, but it means nothing as you don’t do anything to make it right. You scammed all your early supporters out of hundreds of dollar each, you scumbags.

Just horrible!! a total scam, ordered in 2018, as of today, I have no idea if I'm going to get it. besides, in 3 years technology took huge leaps in terms of charging speeds and capacity, they are still living in 2016 when (I think) it was thought of and designed.
Stay away, outdated product, shady, fraudulent, incompetent (at best) team. lost 395$ but learnt a lesson.

Backed this product in Sep 2017, was told it would be delivered early Dec 2017 -ready for a Christmas present. ... over 4 Christmases later -still no wallet.

Message/Email the company and you get repetitive copy and paste replies / sucky fake excuses for why no one has actually really received their wallet.
Can’t believe a class action has not been put in place.

I backed Volterman‘s Indigogo campaign with USD$169 (AUD$218 approx.) on 7th August 2018. I knew it would be futile, but I sought out the Indigogo Police to ask some pertinent questions. However, it turns out there isn't any Indigogo Police. Shame. Basically, if you get ripped off, "how sad, too bad" is the entirety of their response. Now, I'm *not* saying that THE ARMENIAN COMPANY CALLED VOLTERMAN INC. ARE SCAMMERS TO THE TUNE OF OVER 3.8 MILLION DOLLARS (Australian), as they claim to take accusations of fraud very seriously.

I would, however, like to ask the following questions:
1. How many years does it take to make 20,000 long-obsolete wallets (COVID notwithstanding)?
2. Why does it take that many years, and why, given their complete and utter obsolescence, are they still being made?
3. Why are they keeping up this charade for nearly three years, with "photos from the factory floor of their staff hard at work making the wallets" that no-one I've heard of has received?

But like I said, I'm not saying any of that.

Contribution #1756. Haven't received my wallet even though it was supposed to be here 2.5 years ago. I dont understand how they can say they've shipped thousands of wallets when I am number 1756, one of the earlier backers and still havent gotten it yet.

I ordered a bifold wallet in 2017 and it has yet to come. Customer support tells me they have no idea when it’s coming and the transparency volterman always talks about is total BS. They give no information other than a few pictures of the LITERAL SWEATSHOPS they have people making the wallets in. The community is either getting a refund, getting the wallet and selling it, or this is gonna become a class action lawsuit.
