Did you really think we your early backers will forget about your scam ?

Backed in 2018 order 17988 never got it 7 years later still the same situation.

Ordered in 2018 and still waiting for my wallet now 7 full years later.

Absolute scam, the creators took the money and ran. Sad because now I will refuse backing any Indiegogo projects; why donate money when someone can simply never deliver the product and run away with over $4 million in backing? Sad.

hi have ordered a Volterman wallet since their crowdfunding campaign start through IndieGoGo in 2017 and still I haven't received any wallet from them so many times I have contacted by email but every time they give the same lame excuses and later on couldn't get any contact on email cause email is not getting delivered to their email address there they are completely fraud

Paid for 2 wallets, bought in 2 transactions... never received anything! Company never respond. Scam!

After waiting for a year I had to return it for charging issue and camera issues. That was over a year ago and still nothing. They stop replying back to me and stop giving me update status... over a year ago!!! Give me a full refund!!!! Back in August of 2022!

Contributed to this product when a start up back in January 2018. Was meant to receive the smart wallet in February 2019. Every time I’ve chased I’ve had quick responses even though the response was vague and just apologetic with excuse after excuse but I thought I’d be patient. Many customer service messages later saying the same thing they now aren’t replying. The tech is old now (5years later) even if it’s not a scam. Will be reporting to the funding website as well. Very disappointed!

I was one of the first to buy the wallet on Indie Gogo but it was never sent to me and they don't respond to my emails

4 years ago, I received this message… I was in the third batch shipment ! waouhhh what a good news !

Today Sept 11th, 2023, in spite of many, many, many, (probably too much !) i never received my order.

So today Sept 11h 2023, I therefore consider, you are really liars and thieves… and I realize that I will never receive anything from you..

Shame on you !

FIVE YEARS AND STILL NO WALLET!

I’m so glad that the volterman team have gone and spent money on supplying the worried customer with a dedicated team of people to deal with customer support … you know, to ‘support’ the customer with any help of grievances that they might have.

It is a trivial and silly question from me really, a little one .. and apologies for bringing it up really.

Where is my wallet that I have paid for!?

I know, take your time in replying as I know you may be a little busy and it really hasn’t been that long so I don’t know what I’m worrying about really. I suppose it is just nice to get updates from you really telling me how well you’re doing, how many wallets have been shipped and that you now have a brand new customer services to deal with any issues.

I feel blessed to know that my money has been so wisely invested in such a decent, hard working company that does what it says and supplies the products it advertises!

Only a mere 1897 days since my purchase (or 5 years and 71 days just for clarity).

So, not that long really and I suppose that this email is just a little fingers crossed one really with the tiny hope that you might be able to let me know when I actually might receive the product that I have paid for.

Small caveat please … no generic replies about how sorry you are and how you are working around the clock to sort this issue. They are quite boring and very condescending and don’t actually fix anything for the customers.

How about you look into the postage issue for the wallet that I paid for 271 weeks ago and get it sent out so you might never hear from me again?

Just a thought as that is how business usually works in the ‘buy / sell’ community!

I sincerely hope two hear from you at customer support soon. It would be great to see what you and your team are doing to support the customers!

Received my wallet in 2021 & was so poorly made, it was literally falling apart & consequently sent back at my expense to the USA in 2021 ( Where it is then forwarded to Armenia apparently) They simplykept my wallet & money after literally laughing at me replying at least 40 times it was being sent out the following week. Rumour has it that the CEO has been raising money for militant reasons in Armenia.

Back in 2017, I made an investment with the expectation of receiving my wallet around 2018. Unfortunately, it's now 2023, and I'm still waiting, almost 6 years later. This prolonged delay has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the product's viability.

As an investor, I must be candid in expressing my lack of belief in the product's potential and the team behind it. The extensive delay in delivering the promised wallet, spanning nearly 6 years, has eroded any confidence I initially had in the project.

While I have come across a few sporadic videos on YouTube showcasing the product, the scarcity of evidence raises further doubts about its actual existence and viability. Considering the lengthy wait, it is reasonable to suspect that the hardware might now be outdated and potentially compromised in terms of security.

Moreover, the unfortunate circumstance of having to purchase a new wallet during this extended period has only added to my disappointment. If and when the wallet eventually arrives, I find it highly unlikely that I would retain any interest in keeping it, as it seems more plausible to consider selling it off.

The company's lack of communication with its investors is both disheartening and deeply concerning. Transparency and regular updates should be non-negotiable, given that we have invested our hard-earned money into this venture.

In conclusion, my hope for the eventual arrival of the product remains, but I must emphasize the urgent need for the company to take decisive action in improving communication with its investors. Promptly addressing the prolonged delays and providing regular, meaningful updates is not just a suggestion; it is an imperative. Doing so is not only crucial for the project's credibility but also to maintain the trust and support of those who have been with the company from the very beginning. The time to act is now, and I expect the company to take this matter seriously and uphold its responsibility to its investors. The company must take decisive actions to remedy the situation and rebuild investor confidence, or it risks losing its investors' faith entirely.

SCAM! How do they get away with this? I backed them on viagogo in 2017 and still have not received anything. Do not get caught.

After 6 years they keep scamming people. This is a scam, there never was or will be a product made by them. Worst part is Indigogo keep facilitating this fraud.

Complete scam company. The product is nothing as shown, I paid like $275 back in 2020 and got it, it was useless junk. Unfortunately I paid with a garbage checking account where upon disputing, they would not end it in my favor, and after reopening the case, I did not have the experience at the time to get my money back, and lost the full amount, but during the time of the dispute volterman only then emailed me back with threats to send them the money or the wallet, but would not send me a label or respond more to get the wallet back.

i still haven't had my order did in 2018. They are just scammers. also the e-mail addresses no longer work i get everything back as undeliverable the website still exists. they are just scammers who cost me over $460. August 2022 I still received meaningless answers to my questions from Serena Customer Service Agent Volterman Smart Wallet until now everything comes back undeliverable (email wow at volterman.com). it's a big scammer!
