Bait and Switch
Contract is totally one sided (read it carefully - they know it and they will use it to their advantage without any concern for the effectiveness of your ads or the results they generate). They sales methods are basically illegal bait and switch tactics. They probably will pressure you into signing with very quick deadlines. And the quality of their work is atrocious, not following brand standards or even explicit instructions regarding the ads they produce. I would encourage anyone considering them to do their due diligence and search around the internet for other trade names like Direct Digital (US), The Community Network (Aus), 3 Media (UK), Digital Screen Media (UK), Multimedia International Services (UK) - and who knows what other company names they use to swindle additional small businesses.

Beware of this company formerly known as direct digital!
This company formerly known as Direct Digital is a huge scam company. I recommend checking out the reviews for direct digital before signing a contract with them. The kiosks they claim will be in the hotel lobby's get put in places no one can find, The advertisement of your company will not be displayed and is hidden, they don't notify you if a hotel takes the kiosk out but you still are suppose to pay them. It is impossible to cancel your contract with them and they will auto renew you. They also send harassing emails demanding payment and insisting they have fulfilled their contractual obligation despite showing them proof they have not. I can go on and on but if you google or search facebook you will find thousands of complaints claiming all of the same things. Save yourself money and a headache and do not sign a contract with Vistavue.

We would also like to clarify that all contractual terms, including renewal and cancellation requirements, are clearly outlined within the agreement prior to sign-up. Our contracts are typically for a minimum 24-month term, with customers having the first 18 months to notify us if they do not wish the agreement to continue beyond its initial term.
We take concerns regarding campaign performance and customer service seriously and are always willing to work with customers to review their advert, discuss amendments, and explore opportunities to improve results.

MONEY TAKEN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION — BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE
Our experience with this company has been absolutely terrible, and I would strongly warn other business owners to be extremely careful before giving them any payment information.
We dispute ever knowingly signing or agreeing to the contract they are now claiming is legally binding. Despite that, money was taken from our account without our permission or authorization. After that happened, they continued demanding even more money from us, including an additional $1,040.
We have disputed the unauthorized transaction and filed the necessary documentation with the appropriate parties.
The entire experience has felt misleading, aggressive, and completely unacceptable. Taking money from an account without permission and then threatening further fees and debt recovery is extremely serious.
I would personally never do business with this company again. Anyone considering using them should read every single document carefully, keep records of all communication, monitor their bank account, and think twice before providing any card or banking information.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company at all.

Extremely pleasant and friendly staff
Everyone we dealt with at Vistavue was professional and friendly. From our first meeting with Ross to the last conversation with Mark today were delightful experiences. The team is well trained in their respective areas. There was absolutely no pressure with the sales pitch and this was well noted. Actually it was the lack of pressure that eventually sold us the product. Even when we chose the basic entry package there was no attempt to make us upgrade. Had anyone try to aggressively sell us the product we would have declined. The team has continually kept us abreast of the progress via email and phone conversations. We are looking forward to a mutually beneficial relationship over the contract period and will definitely renew if this occurs.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience working with the team.
