**Very disappointing experience – poor communication**
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Vista\-Vue\.
I originally paid for their advertising service after being given the impression that the screen would provide a prominent advertising opportunity\. Unfortunately, the reality has not matched what I was led to expect, and I have seen no benefit or enquiries from the advertising\.
I have already raised my concerns directly with Vista\-Vue and have contacted them again, but I am still waiting for a response to my most recent email\.
I find the lack of communication particularly disappointing\. I would have expected a company to respond promptly when a customer is dissatisfied with the service received\.
I am still hoping Vista\-Vue will resolve this properly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend the company.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Vistavue. During the sales meeting I made it clear that I could not afford the standard pricing. I was shown discounted pricing and understood that this was the basis on which I was agreeing to proceed.
The amount I was later expected to pay did not match what I understood had been agreed, and I would not have signed had the pricing been made clear to me in that way from the outset.
I have raised this directly with the company and formally disputed the agreement and outstanding balance. I have also requested the return of my £100 deposit. So far, their position has been to continue relying on the signed agreement and mention possible referral to credit control.
I believe the agreement was mis-sold to me and I am now pursuing the matter through the appropriate complaints process. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to read everything carefully and make sure any discounts or verbal promises are confirmed in writing before signing.
