I had a terrible experience with Virgin Media.
When I cancelled my contract, I was wrongfully charged triple the expected amount, which felt completely abusive and unfair.
Worse than that, the company kept contacting me in an aggressive and threatening tone, constantly saying they would sue me if I didn’t pay, even though the service was already disconnected and no longer available.
It felt like intimidation rather than customer support.
Trying to leave a provider should be simple—this turned into a nightmare of over-billing and stress.
I strongly advise anyone to document everything and be very careful when cancelling with Trustpilot or Google Maps reviews like this one—customers deserve better treatment.
Avoid at all costs unless you’re prepared for a fight after cancellation.
