I would be giving this company lower than 1 if I could, I have not been able to pay my account online or using the app since October and it is now nearly February. The case has been escalated to the top team and still it is not resolved. The agent looking after the case said he would call me in November I am still waiting for that call. I also made a data requested back in March 2024 and I am still waiting for that data.
site unusable with the Firefox Browser. Only the main dashboad page works. Once navigated away to "my bills" or other items in the navigation menu there is no way back to that page other than to reload the page. Site works without problems in Chrome based Browsers.
