I am very happy with the service from Nathan Blakeley regarding my new lease agreement. He was polite and very helpful explaining my lease process from start to completion.

Made an enquiry in the morning about a new car, and got a call from Shaz within the hour. And within about 30 seconds of speaking with him, I knew he was going to help me get the car I want.
He listened, understood exactly what I wanted and the urgency I needed to work at to get it ASAP.
From that first enquiry, I had a brand new car locked in and confirmed by the end of the day!
He even answered multiple questions in that time, and took the time out to call me at 6pm in the evening just to confirm that everything's gone through and the cars locked in for me.
This is exactly what I needed and one of the best experiences I've had making such an important purchase.
So much so that he will be the first person I speak to in 3 years time when I'm looking for another vehicle.

This was my first time leasing a vehicle and I was genuinely quite nervous and anxious about the whole process, mainly because I didn’t know what to expect.

From the very beginning, Steve Tranter was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. He made what initially felt like quite a daunting process feel incredibly simple and straightforward.

What stood out most was how patient and reassuring Steve was throughout. I never felt pressured or rushed, and whenever I had a question or needed reassurance, he was always there to help. That made a huge difference to me, especially being my first experience with vehicle leasing.

My new car has now been delivered and I’m absolutely made up with it! Looking back, I really had nothing to be worried about, which is a testament to how smoothly Steve and VIP Gateway handled everything from start to finish.

Waste of time. Promised a car by August. Didn’t even get the paperwork completed by then. Kept asking for more and more information, took ages to respond had to keep chasing. Cancelled in the end and went with another company who secured me a vehicle straight away
