I was very cautious about arranging a new car “online”. Enter Simon from Carwow and he helped me at every step. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through each step and explained all my queries and questions. Simon wasn’t pushy and let me make my own decisions while guiding me through the process. I would thoroughly recommend Simon to anyone thinking of getting a new car, he secured me the exact car I wanted at a price that is excellent and I’m now enjoying my new vehicle. Such good service from Ralph , each email , message or call was answered very quickly . We got more money from selling our car through Car wow than dealers were offering as part exchange , and we got the same car , exact specifications offered by the dealership , but half the deposit required and much lower monthly payments . We are so thrilled with our new car and Car Wow made it so easy .

Although we weren’t able to come to an agreement on a car, I found Calum to be knowledgable, helpful and easy to speak to. It didn’t feel transactional and I never felt like I was being sold to but rather speaking to someone who was looking to understand my requirements with a view to helping me find a solution moving forward.
