Everything ok, fast delivery !! I received my unit on time with out any trouble thanks

Fast and effective delivery of Antminer Ka 3 166th.

I ordered a miner from viperatech over a month ago, when their website indicated it was in stock. To confirm, I sent three messages to ensure it would be delivered by mid-January. However, after not receiving my order for several weeks, I inquired about its status. The company now informed me that my order is a pre-order, with delivery expected in February. This was contradictory to the information on their website at the time of my purchase, as well as to the three confirmations I received about a mid-January delivery.

Despite my order being placed in December and the prior confirmations of an earlier delivery date, the company refused a refund, citing a no-cancellation policy. My advice for future customers is to take a screenshot of the website during the purchase for proof, as the company may change the website information later (which I unfortunately didn't do). Additionally, keeping a record of all correspondence with the company is crucial, as it can be valuable in case of a credit card dispute, which I had to initiate. I would recommend using this company only if it's your last option.

I thought I would follow-up on this review, because this company is absolutely terrible. I won the credit card dispute, but this was the last message they sent me, almost racist, no?:

"VIPERA: Bope. You are probably going to lose the dispute btw. You aren't the first one who can't read our purchasing policy. IF other resellers had them in stock and ready to ship, you'd have a point. But they don't, because goldshell hasn't sent anything out expect very limited pre release samples to reviewers, industry pros and testers.

And you can't even bare to wait another 2 weeks as if your life depends on it.

Instead you file a chargeback and leave us a 1 star review? Trash 1-unit headache retail customer. We do business with your type as a pittance, not a requirement.

And if you were expecting some sugar-coated response from a Filipino Amazon customer service rep, you're way off."

SOOO, if you're in the market for a delightful experience with a company that specializes in crafting fairy tales (I messaged them beforehand to confirm stock availability, so the sudden production sob story should only be valid for a pre-order scenario, which, surprise, wasn't my case), and then gallantly declines to issue refunds after their grandiose failure to deliver, and as a cherry on top, graces you with remarks that teeter on the edge of racism when you dare to question their ethos—then, my friend, you've hit the jackpot with this company!

I bought an ASIC Bitmain KS3 on May 19 for $23,535 and paid with USDT, but I didn’t receive the ASIC. First they promised September 27, then October 5. I never received a tracking number or waybill, today is January 20, 2024. The company claimed that the parcel was at customs, but 2 months had already passed. The company did not provide any tracking number or package number. But now they are silent, the support is silent, Sabrina Monti is silent, James is silent! I wrote dozens of appeals, but everyone is silent! In the online account the status is “in progress” but there is no answer. I don't know if they are scammers or not... Be careful with this company! If something changes, I will change the review and let you know what has changed... I gave an honest review, you can rest assured

The company has not yet provided a tracking number or waybill. The miner still hasn’t received it, the company is simply silent and doesn’t want to talk. I called the phone and gave the order number, but they told me that they couldn’t hear me well and hung up... I called back again, but there was no answer...

January 20, 2024 update:
It's been 8 months and I still haven't received my order. There is no response to my requests. Be careful, you may lose your money

11th of March, 2024 update:
I've been waiting for my parcel for 10 months. Nobody answers me, they don’t even want to talk to me. Be careful with this company. Who can help my email: ilyast12.gmail.com

May 13, 2024 Update:

The company claims that my ASIC was confiscated by customs. But they did not provide any evidence that they sent the package. No tracking number, nothing... The customs service did not send me any notifications that I had to pay the duty or that my ASIC was confiscated. If my ASIC was indeed confiscated, then they sent it illegally. I paid for legal delivery through Dubai, perhaps they sent my ASIC illegally through China or Hong Kong...

All questions were answered very quickly and accurately. Delivery was received on time

Bought another ASIC from viperatech, they have always been fast getting things going. Product arrived no damage and working well.

Great experience from day 1. Very helpful during the whole process. A bonus is that the bitmain ks3 8.3 arrived 1 week early.

The order have been process pretty fast . It have been simple and my product is working well. Overall , everything went well.

The delivery was very fast. We had our miner in less than two weeks. We had some issues getting it started. We contacted customer service and they responded from overseas in less than 6 hours. Our problem turned out to be AI Protection on our Asus router. After correcting that, we were up and running. Currently planning our next miner purchase. Thanks, Viperatech!!

Update: The company is now refusing to refund me the difference until I delete this review. Copy/Paste from email: We aren’t sending you a damn thing until you remove that review. I am now told my extended warranty for my previous purchases are now only 1 year instead of 2 because of this review and to contact bitmain directly for any problems since they won't honor their warranty anymore.

Terrible experience with my last purchase. Ordered a E9 Pro 3780MH on October 28. Waited 2 weeks for them to send me a tracking number. Finally received a tracking number after having to ask for it. Tracking number never moved/updated (pretty sure it wasn't valid). Another 2 weeks later I still have to message them to be told oh they lost the package in transit (total bs). Another 3 weeks later I received the wrong E9 pro... They sent the E9 3680MH which again I have to email them about. They first ignored my messages and after 1 week and a half of sending messages, I finally get an answer. The answer was: Oh we we're out of 3780MH. I then messaged again waiting for a reply to get refunded the difference in prices of both miners just to be ignored again. I'm tired of having to be the one to messaging them 3 times in a row just to get an answer.
