Chat was available at first, was told a refund no problem, then refund issued, then ghosted me. Had to initiate a charge back from Visa. Thank goodness I used a credit card. Shady company, avoid!
Warning: scam-like behavior – avoid Viperatech at all cost
I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience with Viperatech has been a complete nightmare from start to finish.
The moment payment was sent, the professionalism disappeared.
We were given a delivery timeframe that ended up taking nearly three times longer than promised. During that period, communication was extremely poor. Emails and WhatsApp messages would go unanswered for days. We constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates.
To make matters worse, when the unit was finally shipped, no tracking number was provided. After repeatedly asking for information, we discovered the miner had been shipped to a completely wrong address — one of their previous clients — located two hours away from us. We then had to wait another 1–2 weeks to finally receive it.
The entire shipping process was chaotic and disorganized.
Once the miner arrived, problems started within the first month. This raises serious doubts about whether the equipment sold is actually new, as advertised.
The company claims to offer a two-year warranty. However, when we contacted them to request support under that warranty, they simply stopped responding. It has now been 3 months of emails and WhatsApp messages with no meaningful reply.
A warranty is meaningless if the company refuses to answer.
If you are considering purchasing from Viperatech, understand that once they receive your money, communication and support may become extremely difficult.
Based on our experience, I strongly recommend exercising caution.

Good through and through! I like to take my time before writing reviews, but after a week with this product, I had to share my experience. I ordered a Supermicro MBD-H13SSL-N-B motherboard from Viperatech, and everything went smoothly from timely shipping to excellent packaging. The motherboard matches the specs perfectly and runs without any issues. I’ll definitely be back.

Viperatech did not fulfill my order and it cost me $10,300. No one answers the phone. No one replies to emails. No one replies to chats. They had a problem with customs and made it my problem. Beware!
I am having trouble getting in touch with anyone at Viperatech. One of my coin miners was stuck in Customs. Now I am told it was sent back to shipper, but I cannot get in touch with them. If I can get this resolved, I would be happy to change my rating.
Update - Figured out how to find a live body to speak to at parcel company. I called the 1/800 number automated support. I must say I had to be emotional to get automated attendant to not keep getting shuffling me along for automated options. A very helpful and polite woman with a very pretty name answered and ultimately gave me the Shipper's email address (In Hong Kong.) I wrote to them in English then translated to Chinese and sent both. I have never handled by own shipping when I buy something else. Anyway, I'm learning something new. I don't think Viperatech is a bad company, but it's strange that I cannot seem to get anyone to talk to me anymore. I had very good rapport with them, then something happened and bam, "Talk to UPS" and silence. I am hoping it gets handled before the 1st year anniversary of my purchase. Perhaps there is nothing they can do so why answer the phone. It's like "The number you have reached is part of an answering system that hasn't been set up yet. Please let your friend know about this the next time you connect with them. If I'm dragging anyone through the mud unjustly, someone please enlighten me. Call me. Talk to me. Is this just part of the risk?
Update - My package was returned to shipper. I am trying to get in touch with them. They are in Hong Kong. I don't think this should be left to me. What do others think?
Never Shipped Purchased ASIC
Ordered one ASIC as a test order; Vipera never sent it. They simply took my money and ran, they have not issued a refund as of this writing. Do NOT trust them!
CAUTION!! Added Fees!
I purchased a single Bitmain Antminer S21+ 235T from Viperatech from their USA inventory in April 2025. However, it arrived owing $112 COD for "brokerage fees", having arrived from Hong Kong. I tried calling Viperatec, I tried emailing them, and finally, after threatening to write bad reviews, they responded on Whatsapp. They refused to refund me the brokerage fee, despite me having specifically ordered from their USA stock. Instead, they offered me credit toward future Viperatech purchases, which I wasn't going to do. It was simply bad business. They changed my order without telling me, then increased my expense, and refused to give my money back. I would not order from them again.
Very professional and helpful with technical issues
I never had any issues with ordering asics from Viperatech. Deliveries always on point and not a single issue with any of the asics I bought from them. Customer service is quick to respond to any demand via the live chat on their website. I once asked them about some technical questions regarding a new firmware that just got released for an asic I bought couple years ago and they gladly helped me.
Excellent Stuff
They recently shipped me a 216T miner. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but everything about the experience was excellent, from beginning to end. Every email was promptly answered by them. They provided a complimentary two-year extended warranty. Please take attention to my request for a Mastercard split payment link. James helped me choose which pool to utilize and which PDU to use. I'll purchase it again.

The worst company when it comes to warranty ..
i ordered a card from those guys back in December 2022 and it had 3 years warranty .. the card started to make all kinds of issues so i contacted the card manufacturer MSI for a replacement and they agreed to that but they asked me to do the normal procedure for RMA .. which is contacting the main store for the purchase so they make the claim for you and you can send it then .. i contacted VIPERA via WhatsApp and they were answering i guess because they thought am buying or something after i told them about my issue they stopped replying .. i tried via mail - whatsapp - live chat .. zero answers .. this is the worst company you can buy card from .. if you have any issues with thier cards .. make sure that you will be left alone when you have any claims .. zero stars

I received my order in excellent condition. I ordered an Avalon 15 series miner. It arrived in new condition, in the original manufacturer packing. My order was shipped from Hong Kong with DHL, with final delivery by USPS. Online order status does not really update after initial processing, but seller responses were always prompt via the website chat whenever I inquired for updates.

I order Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada (ADA series) but Vipera sent wrong, used and a low spec GPU which is a6000 version ( non ADA series). Price difference between what I paid and what Vipera delivered to me is about US$4000.
I asked for Return Merchanides Authorization (RMA) they didnt agree but later on asked for me to pay additional USDT 4690 for them to send the right product. This sounds very wrong. I disagree but they gave no other options nor agree with conventional method such as Paypal or Credit card guarantee.
The person Sabrina mentioned the USDT will be used as security deposit which is not make any sense. Your company made mistake, delivered wrong product to me and I need to put security deposit more? I even offered to travel to Dubai to make in person exchange but they never welcome me and making so much excuses. Later I found out the USDT account they sent me was flagged by Binance that the wallet address they provided is malicious. Then another wallet address was given which I found very suspicious as no activity since 2021. I am not sure after sending me wrong product now they want to scam me more using USDT payment.
Further to that, all this conversation from Sabrina were through whatsapp only, Sabrina nor Vipera support ever replied my email.
All I need now is for Vipera to return the difference between what I paid for and product I received which is $4000. I am still losing money since the wrong product they delivered never been used by me even once.
