I don't know what to do, first I paid in December 2023 so that the February batch would arrive, in March I asked them what happened and they ask me for the invoice and I sent it, they told me that they were going to send it to me, then the US Customs stopped it, I asked James What do I do and he told me to wait becouse it was normal, so after days and days I call DHL, they told me that I needed to send another invoice becouse the invoice that Viperatech sent did not match the true price of the product, I spoke with James from Viperatech again and he sent me an invoice and he said to send them that one, US Customs did not accept it and they wanted another one, I asked James from Viperatech what I will do becouse it is my first time and I imagine you know about it, he told me don't worry that the ASICS would be returned and then he could send them to me again but through USPS or UPS, I waited and on March 30 the ASICS were already in Hong Kong, I told him that if he could't send them to me again or if you have problems you could give me my money back, he told me that he could give me the money back but I need to pay 1,500 dollars since Honk Kong DHL has it and they asks for that amount to be able to release it, I don't know if it's true but I was already very tired of all this and stressed, I told him to take those 1,500 dollars of the 7,900 dollars that I paid and send me the rest, he asked me for a USDT address and I gave it to him, that was on April 8 and since then I have not had a response, I have written and written to him on WhatsApp, on his website, I have sent him emails, I even called and they told me that James is his boss and that they would give him the message, I don't know what to do becouse I don;t have any answer, that was all my savings, I begged James in the chats not to do this to me and he didn't answer me, I don't understand why there are people like that who play with clients and their money I worked hard to save that money and he just took it and didn't care. On May 27th it will be 6 months since I paid to them. To be honest I'm so desperate, I can't sleep, I'm thinking about looking for a lawyer and suing that company for fraud. I didn't want to reach these instances or give a bad review but it has been 2 months without a response from them, so unfortunately I will look for a lawyer to see what I can do.
James Campagna I trusted your company and that they were honest people, why after 2 months I have no answer, you have the ASICS, you have my money, I even told you ok, take those 1,500 dollars and you don't even answer me.

Honest review I am a real and happy customer!
Aside from their vast selection of items, the customer services experience was great. I was informed that some miners i have ordered were no longer available / discontinued. they offered a refund or and upgrade. something that out performed what i had ordered and discounted enough to where i only had to submit a little bit of money to cover rest. very happy!!

Rude agressive support, zero contact from company.
I ordered from vipera tech, and received zero messages from the company for over a month. I was there reached out to by James the co founder and was called a clown for requesting a refund after not receiving a package or message for a month. They were extremly rude, did not want to sympathize or help me out in the slightest bit. Wouldnt recommend purchasing anything.

Excellent customer service
Ok! I am brand new to mining crypto and I am still figuring out stuff out. I utilized the live chat first and the agent answered some of my questions. However, I am older, I prefer to talk on the phone. I called Vipera and an agent returned my call two times on a weekend. So far, Vipera is doing well in customer service. It is very refreshing to get a human being on the phone especially on the weekends.
Secondly, this company takes credit cards. I am not comfortable sending cryptocurrency to a foreign country which I cannot get back. I know any issues with an American Express card, my money will be refunded. So, far so good! I cannot wait until my miner arrives!!!!!!!!!! Joe Z.

Wont uphold warranty for even a psu repair
A 4 month old s21 miner had its power cable melt and destroy the power supply. I asked the company for the warranty. I spoke with support and they questioned me If I had done something wrong. After discovering I did not, they stopped responding to me.

Ordered miner
Ordered miner, told me its in stock and that they can send it as soon as they recieve the payment.
They received it and 10 days later still did not sent the miner, say its a delay and offering refund.
I need the miner and not a refund, if they were fair they should send a partial refund because of waiting that was not the deal.
