I don't know what to do to they answer me.

I don't know what to do, first I paid in December 2023 so that the February batch would arrive, in March I asked them what happened and they ask me for the invoice and I sent it, they told me that they were going to send it to me, then the US Customs stopped it, I asked James What do I do and he told me to wait becouse it was normal, so after days and days I call DHL, they told me that I needed to send another invoice becouse the invoice that Viperatech sent did not match the true price of the product, I spoke with James from Viperatech again and he sent me an invoice and he said to send them that one, US Customs did not accept it and they wanted another one, I asked James from Viperatech what I will do becouse it is my first time and I imagine you know about it, he told me don't worry that the ASICS would be returned and then he could send them to me again but through USPS or UPS, I waited and on March 30 the ASICS were already in Hong Kong, I told him that if he could't send them to me again or if you have problems you could give me my money back, he told me that he could give me the money back but I need to pay 1,500 dollars since Honk Kong DHL has it and they asks for that amount to be able to release it, I don't know if it's true but I was already very tired of all this and stressed, I told him to take those 1,500 dollars of the 7,900 dollars that I paid and send me the rest, he asked me for a USDT address and I gave it to him, that was on April 8 and since then I have not had a response, I have written and written to him on WhatsApp, on his website, I have sent him emails, I even called and they told me that James is his boss and that they would give him the message, I don't know what to do becouse I don;t have any answer, that was all my savings, I begged James in the chats not to do this to me and he didn't answer me, I don't understand why there are people like that who play with clients and their money I worked hard to save that money and he just took it and didn't care. On May 27th it will be 6 months since I paid to them. To be honest I'm so desperate, I can't sleep, I'm thinking about looking for a lawyer and suing that company for fraud. I didn't want to reach these instances or give a bad review but it has been 2 months without a response from them, so unfortunately I will look for a lawyer to see what I can do.

James Campagna I trusted your company and that they were honest people, why after 2 months I have no answer, you have the ASICS, you have my money, I even told you ok, take those 1,500 dollars and you don't even answer me.

Honest review I am a real and happy customer!

Aside from their vast selection of items, the customer services experience was great. I was informed that some miners i have ordered were no longer available / discontinued. they offered a refund or and upgrade. something that out performed what i had ordered and discounted enough to where i only had to submit a little bit of money to cover rest. very happy!!

Rude agressive support, zero contact from company.

I ordered from vipera tech, and received zero messages from the company for over a month. I was there reached out to by James the co founder and was called a clown for requesting a refund after not receiving a package or message for a month. They were extremly rude, did not want to sympathize or help me out in the slightest bit. Wouldnt recommend purchasing anything.

Thank you for posting this review so other buyers can see which type of customers we DON'T want anything to do with. This is what really transpired.

1) Orders a single M30S on April 7th. Checks out as a guest, so system does not automatically send any tracking information. Customer selects the SLOWEST shipping method, 14 business days, PLUS a lead time of 7 days on the model itself that is disclosed fully on the listing.

2) Emails an unmonitored main organization inbox looking for a tracking number on the 15th of April. Attempts to call once but leaves no voicemail on the same day when an agent does not pick up. Does not attempt to reach out to us via live chat or ever again by any method after this date.

3) BTC halving occurs on April 19th.

4) His unit is sent out on April 23rd, within the shipping window prescribed. DHL sends texts to his phone and attempts to call him to collect $55 worth of customs clearance brokerage fees (not duties... brokerage fees). DHL's attempt to contact customer goes ignored for WEEKS. Brokerage clearance fees apply to Canada, but not the USA. Customer was not charged any import duties regardless.

5) We reach out to the customer on May 5th to remind him his package is awaiting clearance fees payment before delivery. Customer complains about this, then asks for a "full refund" even though he checked out agreeing to our purchasing terms that all sales are final and there are no returns or cancellations, citing he was not given a tracking number and "thought it was a phishing scam" despite DHL calling and texting the proper domain link repeatedly.

6) He mentions he had ordered it from another vendor and no longer needs it (interesting). We ask to see proof that he ordered it or was in possession of the unit he claims he "ordered elsewhere when he didn't hear back". No dice. Big surprise.

7) Says he actually filed a chargeback on the 18th, a day before the halving. Failed to bring this up at all during the conversation. What a coincidence!

"All sales are final and no returns or cancellations" are on all of our listings and this is agreed to and reminded when you check out. There are manys reasons for this policy--- so buyers who have second thoughts or watch profits drop don't suddenly leave VENDORS and MANUFACTURERS holding the bag. Bitmain's policy is the exact same as ours and our competitors. When you buy an ASIC, there is inherent risk. All customers need to be aware of this risk.

Checking out as a guest means you opt out of automatic notifications. We get 50-100 orders per day... we do not manually email customers their trackings unless they ask for it through proper channels (Live chat is the fastest way) or they have an active account on our platform that receives internal messages and shows on their email. Beyond this, DHL will text your mobile when it is scanned.

One half hearted attempt to ask for a tracking number does not give you the right to request a full refund at any point.

DISHONEST clown customer who is full of excuses as to why they want to back out of a transaction that they agree upon purchase CANNOT be backed out of. There is a reason the vast majority of resellers don't take credit cards and neither do manufacturers. Exhibit A right here.

Excellent customer service

Ok! I am brand new to mining crypto and I am still figuring out stuff out. I utilized the live chat first and the agent answered some of my questions. However, I am older, I prefer to talk on the phone. I called Vipera and an agent returned my call two times on a weekend. So far, Vipera is doing well in customer service. It is very refreshing to get a human being on the phone especially on the weekends.
Secondly, this company takes credit cards. I am not comfortable sending cryptocurrency to a foreign country which I cannot get back. I know any issues with an American Express card, my money will be refunded. So, far so good! I cannot wait until my miner arrives!!!!!!!!!! Joe Z.

I am a returning customer

I am a returning customer. I have ordered from Vipera starting with 3 L7s back in the 2021 bullrun and 1 D7. I spoke with James back in the day and felt he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Since then I have grown and have come back and ordered from them in 2024. They have very competitive pricing and are a trusted supplier in ASICS.

Wont uphold warranty for even a psu repair

A 4 month old s21 miner had its power cable melt and destroy the power supply. I asked the company for the warranty. I spoke with support and they questioned me If I had done something wrong. After discovering I did not, they stopped responding to me.

Ordered miner

Ordered miner, told me its in stock and that they can send it as soon as they recieve the payment.
They received it and 10 days later still did not sent the miner, say its a delay and offering refund.
I need the miner and not a refund, if they were fair they should send a partial refund because of waiting that was not the deal.

I was going to suggest to my 200K followers on twitter to buy from viperatech As one of the Arab influencers on cryptocurrency ..so ...I tried to make a deal with the site by conversation number to get more Asic’s ..the customer service agent was not respectful to me ..he told me bad word and he mock me .. and he block me on the WhatsApp … I have a screenshots to proof …I don’t know why big and trusted company like viperatech are hiring disrespectful agent ..so I need an apologise by the agent ..to this bad word to me ..thanks …
