I am having a ginormous tub delivered and they sent it on a carrier that has one guy who just dropped it off in the yard. This is a bitter end to an otherwise good process. Whyyyyyy????

Wonderful Products with lessons learned
Our experience is wonderful with every item a quality purchase. We have learned some things after-the-fact such as the mounting of pedestal bathtubs with the correct insulating material from the ceramic floors. I would recommend saving every receipt with part numbers as we have replaced faucet stems over time which is normal; Vintage Tub does seem to have most orders digitally saved to retrieve for part history. We especially like our teapot bathroom faucets.

From my phone calls and emails with Doris to the delivery from the freight co everything was top notch A+ customer service. Oh and the tub is beautiful. Arrived wrapped like a baby and at 60 pounds we easily carried it inside. It's not installed yet so I can't comment on ease of install but the feet went on easily. I'm so glad I chose Vintage tubs in PA for our bath remodel.
