The shower enclosure was easy to order online. This is the second enclosure I've ordered because size was right for our unique space and Vintage was the only company that had this size. I bought a second one because the Black Friday price was great and included the shipping, even though were a few months from doing the install.
I only give 4 stars because of the delivery issue. This was being delivered to our vacation home on an island and I had indicated on the ordering notes not to ship before December 18 because no one would be there. The shower was shipped in a matter of days and indicated delivery before the Dec 18th. As I checked the tracking online for the shipper, it indicated it was delivered and signed for. I called and I told them it couldn't have been delivered yet because no one was home. They checked and said it was delivered to the ferry freight company that would deliver to the island the next day. Husband had to scramble to get a boat to the island the next day. We still had to pay for the ferry shipment when he picked up the shower.
We had the same issue on the first time we ordered this showe enclosure so I put in the notes not to ship until the 18th. I guess no one reads the notes.
If you want your order delivered fast, well this company does that.

The walls were totally out of square and had a tremendous bow in them. Making it very difficult to lineup and attach them altogether.They were different lengths and in order to align the tiles I had to leave a visible gap at the bottom that has to be fill in with silicone. The gap was around 1/2 inch not very good to look at. I really expected more given the price that I paid.

Ordered four Teapot Minispread Bathroom Sink Faucet with metal cross handles. Perfect for our spaces. The whole experiece was flawless. Product arrived on-time and in perfect condition. From the moment we placed the order, communication was great... let us know when the order was received, when it was process, when it was shipped. Completely worry free experience. Thank you!

The faucet is damaged and not functioning properly. It appears the spout was twisted in manufacturing and is now preventing full water flow. I will be contacting vintage for a resolution to this massive issue.

I searched and searched for a high back cast iron sink for my Victorian kitchen renovation and Vintage Tub & Tile had the right design at the right price for me. It was easy to place my order and the sink arrived well packaged in a custom crate.

The faucet is of excellent quality and the price was very good. I had a question about installation and the Customer Service person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am so glad I found this faucet that looks amazing on my vintage pedestal sink.

We were able to find the exact shower door we wanted. The instructions for installation were simple and we got it installed. It turned out great!

I got a really poor service. I wrote an email with a couple of technical questions before purchasing a shower rod. Even though I explained in the email that I'm from Europe (so I cannot call them, I would prefer an email communication) and the package will be delivered to third party delivery company and this is one of the reasons I need the answers before ordering the rod, I was totally ignored. At first, Brandi replied to me with the tech line number, and then just ignored my email. Why do you have a sales department email on your website if there's no one to help you to make the purchase and has the answers to the technical questions or at least can forward the email to someone who knows the answers. And by the way, after a while a friend of mine managed to call the tech line, during the working hours, and guess what? No one answered or returned the call. This is pathetic.

Order arrived quickly and is good quality. Just tge type of faucet I wanted.

This company is an absolute joke. Save yourself a huge headache and a lot of hassle and order elsewhere.

They shipped me a faucet that was missing a label cap and the faucet also leaks so terribly that I had to turn my water off to my whole home because the leak was so bad. I had it installed by a licensed contractor and when it was leaking, the work was checked by a plumber, who verified that it was installed correctly. I paid almost $700 for this faucet. I sat on the phone and pressed “2” for customer service and every time I waited for multiple minutes on hold and then a sales associate ordered to tell me they couldn’t help and kept sending me back to the main menu. I am going to dispute this charge with American Express since the company cannot seem to make it right and I am going to dispose of the unit. Awful product, awful customer service. Will never shop here again and I’m going to tell my contractor to warn all of his customers to not purchase from this website.

Ordered an under mounted kitchen sink, very decent quality and was delivered relatively quick. Will keep working with them!

We have used Vintage Tub for our home and one of our rental properties. We love the quality of the products, but it’s really hard to get the proper replacement parts when needed. The woman that answers the phone is rude and has no idea about the products, so she ends up charging you for more than you need. We’ve called twice and recieved the same uninformed, grumpy lady who just wants to finish the call asap. Not great customers service via the phone, but we’ve had decent experiences through email. So, if you need help or a replacement parts, don’t call. Email instead.

The price was reasonable for a bath faucet of this quality. I love that the faucet swivels. The design is beautiful.

I cancelled my order within their listed cancellation policy and still haven't received a refund. Despite following their rules and not even receiving the tub, they said I'm not eligible for a refund. Now I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Read the rest of the bad reviews, they'll tell you the same thing! I wish I had.
