still waiting for a refund from april 2024 bill got paid twice by mistake been sending them emails showing both bank statements as they keep asking for but nothing ever gets done would not recommend them at all

Craig did good job on back flowing toilet but didn’t last long.work done I September .been out a number of times .Doesn’t keep to timetable not contacting when he says he will.Not a good reflection on company .I have a 10 yr guarantee on work believe it or not .Paid a lot of money but problem not solved.If someone from this cares to put this right pls contact .Didn’t turn up or contact again today .

Craigie done a good job but people in admin came from playschool i think never get back intouch when you send emails about over payment 😒

We were charged £450 and our unblocked drain wasn't unblocked and quoted £3500 to carry out the work.
I would use other companies.

They are an agency that passes onto local fly by nights. I went with them after explicit promises of pictures taken at ever stage, proving a blockage, so that I could take it up with the sellers of my house for not declaring it. Craig promised all pictures and told me it must have been like it for months as it was so badly backed up. Due to his guarantee of the pictures and evidence, I paid him £2400. He has since promised to send them but couldnt as they were on his old phone, but he would get them off it. Then they were apparently on the cloud and he would send them that night. Each time it hasn't happened and now he is totally ghosting me. It leaves me with no case against the previous owners. The ONLY reason I agreed to pay so much was because of his promises to supply them. We had only been in the house less than a moth, so had such a good case against the old owners. But now, it is all gone. NOT his fault that the old owners did this to me, but I would not have paid £2400 if he hadn't spromised so much. Him and his buddy were less than an hour, digging a hole, cutting the drain, repairing and refilling, or that is the info they gave me. I was at work, no pics to prove there was even a blockage to start with. I would not recommend taking any of this companies offerings, they REFUSE to supply a receipt, refuse to supply an address of where they operate from and ignore you completel;y once they have their money. I have taken it up with my card issuer.

Had a problem with water leaking into utility room. Craig came out promptly and arranged for the work to be carried out the following day. Workmen were very helpful and professional and fid a good job. Would recommend.
