The blinds fit absolutely perfectly & even the very narrow blinds swivel, which weren't expecting. The fitting was very professional and the fitter took all of the wrapping away for recycling. Our house now has the same blinds on every door & window, looking great.

A truly awful experience with an…
A truly awful experience with an extremely disappointing response from management re an issue and not wanting to take responsibility- resulting in him presenting in an extremely aggressive approach. Highly unprofessional and intimidating, thankfully I was advised to have someone else in the house when he was visiting to explore the issue/ damage caused by fitter. Things seem to be fine until there’s a problem and they struggle to rectify. Steer clear.

Our records show that we have not received a quotation or invoice for that work, but the offer was made in good faith.

Extremely professional business from start to finish
Extremely professional business from the fitting, to the appointment scheduling to the installation. I had a hard time making an appointment and took us a good few times to find the right appointment as I was the middleman between the business and the client, but the lovely lady who kept in touch with me for booking the appointment had the utmost patience. I really cannot thank Village Blinds enough. The homeowner is extremely happy with her new blinds, and I was told the guy who installed them was so friendly and only took about 20 minutes. Thank you so much, I think the whole experience has actually convinced me to get the blinds all changed in my own home too! :)
