My binoculars were repaired under warranty no hassle at all. I was able to take them to RSPB shop who sent them to Viking for me and I was able to elect that they be returned there for my collection once repaired.
Viking contacted me with an update once the binoculars had been examined. I was able to collect the repaired binoculars when it was convenient. Excellent service.

I ordered and paid for the binoculars and they arrived as described and on time. Their sales department did not respond to an email query.

I needed just a replacement cap for my Kowa scope. The effort the staff put in to make sure I got the right one was exceptional. It’s a part that only costs £6 but they treated me as if I was buying the most expensive equipment in the shop. Part arrived in 2 days and is perfect.

Zeiss Conquest binoculars.
The first pair of these binoculars I received had a faulty eyepiece. I telephoned Viking Optical and they arranged for them to be replaced immediately. The turnaround was remarkably quick and efficient and was done so without quibble. The binoculars themselves are really very good indeed and worth the money which, by the way, was less expensive than any other retailer.
Dealing with Viking Optical was straightforward. They were polite,friendly,efficient and good value.

Quick delivery and quality product

I recently managed to break off the left hand eyepiece mount on my 8 year old Viking binoculars. I thought that would be the end of them, but my nearby centre replaced all parts, including free new rubber eyecaps, for a very reasonable price. First class service, as always.

I cannot believe that I got my Suunto MB-6 Global for only £75! It's £99 everywhere else! And I got free p&p for next day delivery, I kid you not! I actually thought that the description must have been wrong. I am well chuffed with this company. Thank you so very much Viking!
