Application process

It was easy to start the application online and this was quickly followed up by a sales representative who talked me through the process. The call button arrived within 3 days and the setting up was straight forward.

My mother is 90 years of age and is…

8My mother is 90 years of age and is reliant on this service. Alarm went of to say it was a test and when she push button as requested was unable to get through just message to say call would be answered as soon as possible.
When she finally got through was to they were short staffed and only 2 staff on duty until 8am next morning.
I wonder what would have happened had she fallen etc and needed help
So she has now chosen to terminate her contract as they also Increased price from £9 to £15 per month and she is fearful if she needed help immediately it would not be available

I’m very sorry to hear about your mother’s experience – I completely understand how worrying this must have been, especially given how important it is to feel confident that help is there when needed.

We have looked into the call you mentioned, and it was answered within 127 seconds. While this is longer than our usual response time, it is still within our operational capacity. As a TSA-accredited service, we answer approximately 98.5% of our calls within 30 seconds, so this was not the level of service we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise that we did not meet our usual standard on this occasion.

Please be assured that this was an isolated incident, and we continuously monitor staffing levels to ensure our customers receive a prompt and reliable response at all times. The safety and reassurance of our customers is our top priority.

With regard to the price increase, this is due to the national upgrade from analogue to digital telephone networks, which requires us to provide updated, digital-compatible equipment to ensure the service continues to operate safely and reliably in the future.

I’m also sorry to hear that your mother has decided to cancel her service. We will give your mum a call to offer our apologies and address any concerns directly.

Perfect

Quick, easy and efficient service and delivery. Product easy to install and for service user to operate. Test calls were gentle and welcoming.

Great company

Good advice from the start about which item was best. It was available for pick up from Hollywood the same day and was easy to set up and test. Interactions with sales staff and call centre have been great so far. Very reasonable monthly cost with no set up fees.

So far so good. Very easy process to purchase and set up. Watch is discreet and has great range. Great customer service, it feels like they guenuinely care. And great price!

Radius Connect 24 Mobile Watch

I mistakenly ordered the wrong device but it was collected and replaced within 24 hours. Having received my mobile watch, I was impressed that the only cost was a modest monthly fee. There was no charge for the device which has functioned flawlessly as have the response service on the few occasions when I have accidentally pressed the call button. Some things that appear too good to be true sometimes are. Radius Connect and their mobile watch are living, breathing examples.
