It is horrible to ask for an express fee for a digital service. I feel scammed. I want to sue you for this. It is in the nature of a digital service to be fast. It you extorted money for it.

Easy and quick process. I pulled over at a petrol station services and I'm guessing within 5 minutes I'd entered my registration details and paid . The email saying my vignette has been issued within 3 minutes. So I think the entire process took less than 10 minutes.
