Suspected Scam
I ordered a product and only half of the product was sent to me. I spent months speaking to their customer service team who insisted on more and more proof in the form of pictures and videos with manual measuring paraphernalia until I was eventually ghosted. I contacted them by phone and ended up emailing a new person on the team and after a lengthy amout of time and numerous emails, they refused to send me the other half of the product.

I ordered a distressed look coffee…
I ordered a distressed look coffee table and it arrived in good time and I like it but some of the holes weren’t in the correct place for the legs/ side of table meaning I couldn’t screw all of them into place. It’s missing a few so as a result I’ve had to use wood glue which is visible and also hasn’t worked properly. Shame because it’s a nice enough table at a good price but obviously some error at the factory end means it’s not as stable as it should be

Vidaxl lawn edging
I ordered lawn edging.
The product delivered is of extremely poor quality and also a lot of pieces are broken.
Now there return process is so complicated you are just stuck with them.
My advice to everyone is stay away from this company and its products.

Mostly a good experience but...
Mostly a good experience although the workbench that I purchased had some damage that obviously happened before packing. That required getting my tools out to do a bit of repair work. Also, the assembly images in the instruction booklet were extremely small and hard to follow.

However...instructions were very poor.
Fortunately we have experience in flat pack furniture and we finished in around 3hrs. (40min build according to instructions).
The unit though is exactly as described and we are happy with it.

WARNING!!! STAY AWAY
Item was ordered and cancelled within 5 minutes and they refused to cancel the order and said I’d have to pay return shipping of over €300 and the item had not even been shipped or handed over to the courier, also the said shipping with be 1-3 working days and it took 6 working days, they never after I wanted to cancel they never responded and then when it arrived I received an email the day after the knew I had received it saying I could refuse the delivery and it would be shipped back to them, the boxes the chicken run arrived in where in perfect condition but yet a load of the poles in it was bent and damaged which shows they put damaged parts into the box and sent it knowing it was damaged, I would strongly advise people to stay away from this company I paid over €350 for a damaged item that would cost me over €300 to send back complete scam

Product was terrible
Product was terrible, fell apart during construction, tv unit !! However, I improvised and used my own screws, dowels and a little bit of glue to get it right. If I had taken photos the company would have replaced section and or the entire product and they have apologised most eloquently .5 stars for customer service and therefore I am amending my initial review.

Nice bed frame but missing screws
The bed frame is nice, for the money it’s a good bed. However there were not enough screws and the wooden splints provided were so flimsy we broke quite a few on accident trying to get them into the holes. Would not recommend this due to the nightmare it was putting it together unless you have plenty of spare screws at home.

Good Customwr Service
Purchased a side awning from the irish website, arrived very promptly, within 3 days. Unfortunately it was too big for my needs, my fault. Arranged to send it back, the customer service team were excellent, sent me the details of how to send it back. I arranged a carrier to deliver the awning, unfortunately the returns had to go back to Poland which was expensive. Once I confirmed the return and sent a tracking number my payment was processed and completed in 2 days. I should have read the terms and conditions but overall I was very happy with the company and the customer service was excellent

Item not of acceptable quality in…
Item not of acceptable quality in contact with vidaxl and they say I have to pay to return it. It's unopened and unused. I am keeping a set of presses even though they are awful....they look extremely cheap and finish is not good. When I said I want to return the other item which cost almost €200 euro they say I have to pay..... It's a headboard and shelves... It would probably cost a considerable amount if not half of the product value to return. I would never buy from vidaxl again and strongly advise to think carefully about purchasing.

Order arrived swiftly
Order arrived swiftly. The quality of the item is not great. A carpenter put the set of presses together and he said it was quite uneven and there are gaps at doors and it looks off. It was cheap but I wish I had bought something that is better to look at as it's in a room where visitors will see it. I have also bought a headboard with shelves and have not opened it as I think I will buy from another source to have a better quality item
