UPDATE: The company is now reaching out trying to "investigate the issues" to assist me. If you were truly eager to help, you should have been available when I was actually struggling to build the table and desperately trying to reach customer service. Offering assistance now is too little, too late. Because of your complete lack of support, I was forced to force it together myself—damaging the table in the process with a hammer and a drill.I do not want a refund, I do not want a replacement, and I do not want your sudden customer service. You did not care when I was a customer in need; you only care now because your reputation is public on Trustpilot.

The quality is complete horror
This is the first time I've met such a terrible service, they sent a bad product, and the compensation is 6 £, it's not even enough to send back, even though it's not our fault, and this you sent shitty goods.

Do Not buy folding garden chairs from VidaXL
Do Not buy folding garden chairs from this supplier. The quality is dreadful. The assembly instructions are next to useless and they are without doubt the most uncomfortable chairs known to man. Once assembled they do NOT fold up properly and unless modified, never will. They are only fit for fire wood. What a total waste of money. To say they are easy to assembly is just a lie..!!

Dangerous item, injury, and a fake "ghost refund" loop
Completely appalling customer service and operational follow-through. When an issue arose, I was sent a collapsing, unsafe piece of furniture that injured me. They tried low-balling me to either keep it or dismantle it and send it back for a full refund. Mind you, this item was a hazard, it was collapsing, and I have conditions which I clearly stated.
After I escalated this, they claimed a refund had been processed on their end, but provided zero transaction reference numbers or proper proof to my card issuer. Weeks later, my bank confirmed no funds or valid credit transaction ever cleared. Dealing with their automated chatbots and lack of an actual paper trail forced me to raise a chargeback just to protect my money.
vidaXL took zero accountability, failed to acknowledge or make reasonable adjustments after knowing my conditions, and tried to gaslight me through over two long weeks of back-and-forth. This is now in my credit card's hands; my bank recently updated me saying that vidaXL responded to the refund request but failed to provide sufficient evidence to support their claim, so the chargeback is holding firm. Buyers beware!

Took a while to build
Took a while to build. Could have done with better instructions. Perhaps have little round stickers with a, b and c on etc.
Apart from that's a very nice bed.

Delivered quick enough with good…
Delivered quick enough with good packaging. The wheelie bin storage grey 240 litres was hard to put together in part taking a few hours. There was scratches to the handle and the top on arrival which was frustrating. It gives washing machine vibes in the garden, so wish I did not buy. Husband doesn't like it either.

Good value for price
The chairs arrived quickly and are comfortable. They weren't the easiest to put together and were definitely a 2 person job. One of the frames was a bit out of shape and it was very difficult to put that chair together and one of the screws would not go in fully. Still they are great value for the price

Great product and customer service
After successfully ordering two black aluminium and textilene garden chairs , which are excellent, on revisiting their website I noticed a package of 4 chairs which appeared identical at a reduced price. Unfortunately on delivery there was several issues with the four chairs and I contacted customer service online . I was apprehensive as initial contact was with a bot but was then transferred to a person who after explaining the issues agreed an immediate refund which went back onto my account. So I’m very happy with the overall experience with Vida XL and can highly recommend their product and customer support. Well done guys . AJ

Zero Stars - Appalling
It is now 8 months that I have been chasing VidaXL to return the payment I made for goods that were never provided. Simple really, they have the money and have not provided the goods - give a refund! I also have sent them proof from the bank of the full transaction and tracing details that they said they needed - but still no refund!. All they can do is bury their heads in the sand and avoid dealing with the matter. Never use this company, they are incompetent and fraudsters

Zero customer services.
I wanted to return/exchange my item and it was impossible. The online bot was really unhelpful so I did an online form where customer services are supposed to contact you within a short timeframe. They didn’t, so I ran out of time.
As you can guess I had to keep the item because I couldn’t return it.
I would not recommend this company at all.

Delivered quickly and I was kept informed. I would say the log store is quite lightweight, really not that strong, and the screws were too short, the holes often needed enlarging - so hard to assemble. However it is now in place indoors and will serve its purpose as long as the logs are not too heavy, I guess. Chinese manufacture I believe?

VidaXL are a good company
VidaXL are a good company. Their awning arrived promptly as specified in the online info . The instructions require concentration, very similar to an IKEA build. My awning was 3.5 metre wide and 2.5 deep. The skills required are for a semi-skilled builder familiar with figurative drawings rather than text. He took a day to build it and then two of us were needed to lift and fit into place. The builder felt that an additional bolt on each side of the mounting into the wall would give 100% guarantee that the awning would not detach from the house wall. When completed I was very pleased - after paying the builder and still feel this awning is fabulous value for money. The motion is smooth and the design is attractive and the solar lights are a nice bonus. all in all , a great success, with the one caveat that this is not a DIY build and fit, professional help definitely beneficial
